LOVE THIS PLACE FOR SOUPS AND SANDWICHES!!!! Manager tonight 3/23/2024 9:00PM deserves a Peace Nobel Price, NO CONTENDER. Enough said!!!!
Extremely annoyed that on an extremely slow morning, where I was the only customer in the store , the employee putting my order together still managed to forget an item. Panera is way too pricey to be leaving things out and just forgetting about it. Especially when it’s slow. There was plenty of time for you to check My order and make sure everything was there before closing my bag and handing it to me. And stupid me, for not asking for a receipt and not checking the bag before I left. I honestly didn’t think I’d need to. Seriously unfair. Now to go back for it means to drive right into rush hour traffic when my normal commute is usually in the opposite direction. Kinda just wanna say forget the Damn replacement/refund but even that upsets me because the item was freaking EXPENSIVE.

Compared to all of the other locations in Nj this one is really bad. Food is. Ever fresh. There is never enough chicken on my sandwich. My mom goes to Panera bread everyday and she said the exact same thing.

Literally ALWAYS go here. I found a small piece of hair, curly and brown on my toasted bagel… how does that even happen? Never had an issue with Panera bread before. Workers should wear hair nets to prevent this issue. The spread wasn’t even on the bagel for anything to stick to it. Yet I found a piece of hair in my bagel.. disgusted. Never again.
