Entire orderi placed was made wrong. I ordered a 5 topping pizza which only has 3 toppings!!!! I chose spicy garlic dipping but got ranch. When I call at store, the guys told me to come and return pizza so he can make my order again! How lame is this!

Today I went to pick up my order that’s already been paid at 3:30 PM, when I arrive and I say the order name the cashier tells me that he can’t find my order. Then I tell him the order number and then he changes the story and says the order has been picked up by somebody else. I have been going to that location for over 10 years and that has never happened. Then the cashier realizes I’m not believing all his non sense stories and ignores and don’t refund me and credit back my account for an order I had already paid and was getting to someone else. Horrible customer service and lack of communication and service.

For the third time I went and asked him, and he started pretending that he wasn't listening, and left me at the counter claiming that he wasn't going to serve me.

This pizza is so good the place is not for eat in, is very small.
Well, I was very hungry coming from work, and on my way home I started entertaining the idea of eating a small pizza,...so I went to Papa John's, I ate plain pizza accompanied it with a soda, so delicious, nice melted cheese, thin crust, just the right amount of tomato sauce, two pickled hot peppers and garlic butter, that small pizza was more than enough, so much, that I left one slice for my boyfriend ??

I ordered a pizza so I come to pick it up after receiving the message that it's ready. However, when I arrive, they tell me the app is inaccurate and I have to wait 20 minutes. Unbelievable.

It's a Papa Johns. It's hard to say the staff is friendly given the disparate nature of their attitudes. The manager/franchise owner (I don't know which) is extremely friendly, but many of the other employees wear the perpetual look of disinterest which, given working in the food industry can be meh, is hard to hold against them.The order is usually correct but they have a habit of forgetting to add extra sauces that you've paid for which can create a hassle.Overall, average pizza from an average chain but it's perfectly fine in a pinch.
