Stay way from this place. They screw up orders and their customer service is horrible. The worst part is they have done this before (thought maybe change after renovation but same garbage). Placed online order today and called because they messed up order and a female from the store wants to argue with me instead of apologizing for the mistake. Then she tells me I can go pick up the correct pizza. I placed a delivery order so I wouldn’t have to go out-why would I go out because of their mistake? Order somewhere else!

Lack of tables aside, the pizza here was really good. Better than any other Pizza Hut I've been to. Love a nice soft crust with a creamy gooey cheese taste. Too bad I'm not local to the area, otherwise I'd be ordering from here more often!

Who is running this place?! Bc you NEED to be fired! Food is disgusting, over cooked and burnt. Ordered and payed extra for pan pizza and received hand tossed. The delivery driver couldn’t speak English and was upset she couldn’t understand what leave it at the door means. They charge a $2.99 delivery fee and then that doesn’t go to the driver so another $7.50 to tip the driver.I live 0.7 miles away… if you are charging this much to deliver food a mile down the road make the person at least understand basic English related to the job. Holy moly! I paid $45 to throw it all in the garbage. Stay the heck away from this DUMP.

Horrible experience. First, they give a certain ETA. Then, they say it’s going to arrive an hour later. When it finally arrives, the order is not complete. The most expensive item on the receipt is missing. I call them to let them know that our pizza is missing and the manager’s response was “we will send it to you for free” FREE!?!? It was already part of the bill… oh and it’s going to take another 30 minutes. Terrible.

Was disappointed that they didn’t have a dine in area as it says online but I got some good deals to take home. Pizza was great as always. Got also some boneless wings that were delicious but I had a few that weren’t all the way done so that was a bummer
I ordered about 6 pies and the quality was not good

This what the most unacceptable experience I have ever had ordering. The experience goes as follows my friend and I made a large delivery purchase of 50 dollars. This location didn’t have drivers so they utilized the DoorDash app which caused our order to be delivered to the wrong address not once but twice ! Both drivers refused to drive to the correct location. When voicing the concerns with the franchise customer service was dismissive and lacked empathy. Not only did the two cashiers cause the company 100$ dollar loss. They refused to give us a solution after we had to drive to the location late a night with a toddler ! We had car troubles on the way there ! When we arrived the supervisor refused twice to call the manger saying that the manager was unavailable and will not answer . After asking again the manger was called and we were told that we would receive a call the next day . I could not Believe the lack or urgency and disregard. Supervisors with more customer experience needs to be hired and drivers to prevent this issue moving forward

I ordered a a medium pie pizza and 12 boned wings and when the food arrived I only received 8 wings and called this store and sent me on hold with different people for over 30 minutes
