I was so looking forward to burger.i haven't been there In a long time and I won't be back for a very very long time so disappointed I don't know what happened it use to be so good. I ordered a burger just like the one in the first picture and i don't know what they served me but was not not what i was expecting see the second picture. I was like. What is this? Terrible!! We ordered orings with our burgers and finally got them when we were almost done eating. The server never came back to our table to see if we needed anything. And Please, I was harassed by the Manager to fill out a survey for a free desert. Well I did, and the brownie was hard as a rock. Never again!

it was my first time at Red Robin. I got an Oreo milkshake and a crispy chicken sandwich. My Oreo milkshake didn’t taste like Oreos but it wasn’t bad. The vanilla milkshake was the best. My chicken sandwich was a bit greasy and the pickles had a weird taste to it. The fries didn’t have much salt either. Shout out to our server Carlos, nice kid. Overall It wasn’t terrible.

I truly wish I could give negative stars on this review. Stay far away from this establishment. Took my family to this location. We were seated n it took literally 25mins for the server to come n take out drink order. Mind you before him doing so, he took the couples order next to us that walked in 10 mins after we did. If that wasn't bad enough, tell me how we received our main meal before our DRINKS N APPETIZERS. But that was because they gave our appetizers to the same couple that walked in 10mins after us. Of course, the couple being as thirsty n uncivilized as they were didn't mention they didn't order that appetizer n ate it anyway. Service was so bad that I had to literally walk over to the kitchen area n ask for napkins n a new ketchup, being the one at our table was empty. If it wasn't that my girls were starving having come out of an extended Sunday service at church, I would've walked out with food on the table!! Needless to say, it will be my last time at a Red Robins!!! Leason learned!!!

This Red Robin is AWFUL!!! ESPECIALLY KITCHEN MANGER MOHAMMED. We ordered a big box the wing one we always order it and its always very good. It comes with 50 wings for $50 and if you google and search it up it SAYS 50. we received 25 or I would say 15 dry wings because half were not even a full wing. We called the store and the kitchen manger was RUDE AND NO HELP SOOO WE CALLED CORPORATE AND THE WOMEN STATED YES YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO GET 50 So sorry Mohammed you were incorrect and received a complaint so enjoy that! Will not be back !!

It was my very first time in Red Robin and when I tell you I'm impressed I really mean it. 1st we where greated as soon as we opened the door and asked if we ever been there before. We said no and they welcomed us to Red Robin . As soon as we sat down im not sure if it was the manager or the cook or an other server but he came and kindly welcomes us and gave us a courtesy basket of bottomless fries with two sauces as a welcome gift. The waitress was very nice very helpful very attentive and knew what she was doing and gave us many good suggestions . The atmosphere was quiet until they played a play list of Usher and they was all singing in the kitchen it was awesome!!!! The other guest loved it too the whole restaurant was singing at one point some of the Usher songs. The food was on time well cooked served hot the restaurant was clean. I have not one complaint of this place. I highly recommend and will be posting a tik tok about it. I highly recommend this place once again. Ty for the awesome unforgettable 1st experience at RED ROBIN YUMMMMMMM!

DON’T go during lunch. Dinner Crew is always ?. Lunch Crew❌ Service? Atmosphere ( they were shouting about throwing hands & cursing in a kitchen that’s open to the dining room) ? Bartender ?? Cook?? It wasn’t even crazy busy and the service was sloow - so the lunch manager must have been on Lunch. With how often we come here I guess we eventually had to have a bad experience. I’m certain it was because we chose to do lunch & not dinner as the dinner crew has never failed us.
