Had a horrible experience last night with awful service from beginning to end. The servers were all very rude to us and kept whispering and looking over and laughing. Then people around us who spoke Arabic sat and they had a total deferent demeanor. The waitress got my order wrong and sat there arguing with me about the order instead of just placing an order for the missing item. At the end of the night it all made sense. They could care less about the service because no one above them will say anything to them and gratuity is included!

This place is great, the food is delicious and is a BYOB. The service was just right, they keep checking our table to make sure everything was well. The other good thing about the place it has parking, specially in Clifton, it is not East to find parking. Overall I really like the place and the food.

Utterly racist establishment. Twice we were harassed for dress code and where our car was parked when other non-blacks were dressed worse than our business casual attire. We clearly don't belong there as it's a slum of a place that doesn't value customers and instead disrespects black and brown customers. A letter of harassment will follow. LCD, Esq.

This place is just one word... YUM. Everything is delicious. My friend Dalia always orders since she is Egyptian and knows what to order. We had hummus, Muhammara (Red pepper paste, walnuts, bread crumbs & olive oil), Bourak (Filo with Bulgarian cheese & parsley) and a meat platter (chicken, beef and lamb). Oh, don't forget the Hookah (double apple) and the unbelievably, wonderfully refreshing Mint lemonade. We are always so pleased when we come here. Service is so friendly and food is always fresh and delicious.

Host and Management were not hospitable. They had a very negative attitude towards our group. If you are not a local you will not be treated equally. Will not go back. Stay away.

Manager is very arogant and has terrible attitude. Place does not have any hospitabel environment. Food is just normal almost like any other restaurant in area. Would not recommend and go backs

I absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing when I went during the day. Our waitress was a delight. She was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions and she made great suggestions. During lunch, it’s a good crowd and in the evening it gets a little packed, it becomes more like a hookah lounge. Going to be honest if hookah is not your thing the smoke can be a little overwhelming but to chill and have a good time it’s definitely a good place to be.

They allow you to bring your own bottle(s) of alcohol. No extra charge for bringing your choice of bottle, the menu has great selection, the food is really good. Ton of flavors of hookah/shisha and they have pineapple or grate fruit top. The prices overall is really affordable and the music is fun, make reservation and pick the upstairs or outside if weather is nice.

Unbelievable I simply can't believe the experience v had at Riman today After reading all the wonderful reviews v were very excited to go to Riman But it was a horrible experience I honestly don't know what was happening There was one person who was sitting outside the restaurant when v walked in He came in and told us to sit wherever as the restaurant was completely empty at 7pm on a Friday. He couldn't speak English so he couldn't answer any questions v had abt the menu which was apparently in Lebanese, anyways after v ordered and he told us a bunch of stuff was not there Then he went to the kitchen n I assume he was the one cooking After like 20-25 minutes he brought one person's appetizer n one person's main course and another 10 mins the other person's main course and when asked about my appetizer and fruit juice which I ordered(about which they had advertised so much on Facebook ) he said they r finished Whatever food he managed to put in front of us was not good either.....chicken shawarma really salty, lamb kofta literally two koftas with onions and the cheese pillows (which v hadn't ordered but v had ordered cheese kibbe and he brought the wrong order but v decided it's not worth replacing the ordered) were empty mostly cheese has leaked out of them n they were sitting on an old bad salad leaves So so disappointed At the end when v tried to pay he said the credit card machine doesn't work or he doesn't Hv even though it doesn't say anywhere cash only,v didn't Hv enough cash Then the nice guy said its no need to pay at all V were weirded out and my husband ran to the pharmacy across the street n came back n paid him but he had made a really low bill of $15 only I m totally confused was the chef off that day or what but I was really looking forward to trying the good food they keep putting pictures of on Yelp n Facebook but it's just a fantasy

The go to place for amazing Lebanese food, keeping it nice and simple with the fresh ingredients the way Lebanese food is supposed to be, love the presentation of the food what really makes this place special is the fresh bread made in house to order, can't get any better than that... I've tried almost everything on the menu and I've got to say everything this place has is simply amazing keep it up!! Thanks for the amazing service and food!!! Let's not forget the great atmosphere
