My brother in law and I stumbled upon this place about a year ago and we are so happy we did. Tim his wife and staff are awesome and the cocktails are on another level. The spirits are absolutely delicious. We love them all but the bourbon is amazing!! Make sure to stop by, can't wait to go again!!

This place is a great way to spend a rainy weekend. Cocktails are too notch and service is friendly. One note. If you drink irregularly you will get SMASHED off one or two drinks. They are good but strong. Go easy. After being here three times I got destroyed off two drinks as did my whole party. If you manage four drinks you'll be in a coma... I very nice and tasty coma, but a coma none the less, a coma.

7/8/23: Like to support local businesses. We stopped in SCD after dinner. Met the friendly owners Taylor and her husband Timothy. Inside the distillery, the seating area is very rustic in appearance. You feel like you're in a back alley speakeasy. LOL...It was right before closing, so we ordered Gin and Vodka Martinis. Both were soo good! (Please check out my photos).You can order flights. They specialize in bourbon.Distillery tours are available by appointment only. Email the the owners- Contact@silkcitydistille…You can bring in your own food. Silk City Distillery is next to Ghost Hawk Brewing Co. A private parking lot on grounds is available.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to get a wedding gift for someone who is a big bourbon fan. My husband, who knows a lot about bourbon, wasn't with me so I relied on the bar staff to help me.Both girls were super nice and very helpful. I walked out feeling good about what I had selected as a wedding gift. Thank you!Atmosphere is excellent- I actually wish we were locals because I have a feeling that would be a regular stop for us!!

Never heard of Silk City Distillery until a friend recommended it. Who knew it would be so close to home! I enjoy anything and everything bourbon, and Silk City whips up some great cocktails. Honestly, every drink I had was smooth and tasty. They are also BYOF (Bring Your Own Food). The drinking area was clean and staff were very friendly. Parking is available in their lot or on the street. Highly recommend!

We came to the area to stop by the brewery next door because we love beer. We decided to stop by here since it was literally a couple feet away and we also enjoy spirits. SO glad we did. This place was casual enough that you could just wander in however you were dressed but you were treated so well and you were given an elevated experience. Such great service, knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, and beautiful glassware. The gin is deliciously aromatic and so fresh. The bourbon was buttery and delicious, too. The cocktails were next level and Manhattan quality without the Manhattan price tag. We will definitely be coming back here, and we just texted our friends about it. You won’t be disappointed.

Hands down the best distillery around. My husband and I have been visiting Silk City since they opened. They are amazing people and have amazing drinks. During Covid, we picked up their to-go cocktails frequently. We were so thankful for this service, as it helped us maintain some sense of normalcy during such a challenging time in the world. Tonight we enjoyed being with Taylor and Jane. What an amazing experience, as always. Taylor's ability to connect with her guests is second to none. Looking forward to seeing their continued growth and success! We love you, Silk City!

Enjoy the tasting and an exceptionally delicious cocktail at the distillery. The bartenders were friendly, efficient, and highly skilled! I enjoyed this smoked old-fashioned tremendously and then had a tasting of their port finished, Madeira finished, and quinoa whiskeys.Will be back to try more of their offerings!
