Ordered two burger items and fries. One of the orders was incorrect and they took a long time to remake it...I saw about 5 to 6 people come in and leave with orders before I got my order (which only happened because I checked in with a server). When the order finally came out it was incorrect again (the server was very apologetic). At this point because I was short on time I asked for a refund. I was hungry but not upset, it was just a kitchen mixup no big deal. The cashier was clearly annoyed with me which was actually what soured the experience for me as I had been very patient despite my lack of food. Not a terrible experience just a less than pleasant one.

The workers in the back that prepares the food did not have a hat or hair net to cover his hair. I watched him swing his hair back to get it out of his face. Just nasty

Not much to say. Burgers are okay. Fries aren't good. Last time we ordered online for pick up. I got messages saying it was ready. Got there but it was not in the pick up area. Took another 5 minutes or more to get someone to help at which point they reached behind the counter and handed me two bags. Then, luckily I checked, they forgot the milkshake (which I guess was good because otherwise it would have been a sloppy mess sitting on their counter. )

Braden was very nice while taking our order and made some good suggestions.
Too much talking, and not enough working. It took me 15 minutes to get a shake for one of my DoorDash customers because everyone was in the corner talking ( including the manager who wore glasses, and has white/grey hair. I am not sure of his name). Customer service needs to be better.

The manager hung up the phone mid conversation, didn't bother to call me back or process a refund for an order that was incorrect. I guess it's my own fault for having expectations that people will do their job correctly.
