The last time I bought it, I asked them to make it without ice, but there was probably a misunderstanding and they served it without sugar. When I went home and drank it, I didn't like the taste at all and couldn't drink it. I went back the next day and explained the situation. My purpose was just to tell about this negative experience. Even though I didn't make any requests, they very politely served me the drink. They said they wanted to do it again for free. Even though I insisted on paying, they never accepted it and I liked their behavior very much. I have already observed that the employees are friendly and treat the customers well, but after this behavior, they are now number 1 in my heart.

"ViVi Bubble Tea" is a wonderful place to spend time with friends or for a cozy date. I'm impressed by their atmosphere and service. SO SO GOOD!! I tried Vivo's for the first time today and it's AMAZING! I have tried every bubble tea place in the area and this one is by far the best I've tried. The service is also amazing. These two girls who mentioned they were Ukrainian served me and were so extremely nice and helpful. Such a great place with great staff and great atmosphere!! 10/10 recommend as your next bubble tea stop!

I love the sparkling fruit flavored drinks with popping bubbles. They are so refreshing and sweet. I love the cans the drinks come in too. Also I have met Door. He is super nice and polite and the employees are so friendly and helpful. ☺️??
I ordered uber eats from here... the brown sugar bubble tea tastes like straight up earl gray....no brown sugar flavor.As for the oreo creme brulee, it's straight up milk. Literally pour a cup of milk ans crush a SINGULAR oreo in it and you have this drink. My biggest waste of money. Would never order again.

I had a disappointing experience at Vivi Boba Tea due to an employee named Yana (I think this is her name I had to ask another employee). When I visited with my child yesterday, Yana displayed a bad attitude and even whispered a curse word under her breath after she made a mistake with our drink order. This unpleasant encounter has left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction, and I regret to say that I won't be returning to Vivi Boba Tea in the future because of the hostile environment caused by this employee, absolutely disgusting.
