My burger was amazing! Got the regular Zin burger and truffle fries. Whoever made my burger today really knew what they were doing! I will for sure come back for more :).

Just ordered over $60 worth of food for pick up. Our chicken sandwiches were so burnt they were not edible at all. The "tenders" were also burnt to a crisp. My sons veggie burger was bitter & the sides were oily and soggy. I called and explained what we received and the manager said she packed the order herself and maybe it was extra crispy but it was definitely not burnt. Why would I waste my time calling to make this restaurant aware of what is being served? Well, after I repeated myself and explained the condition of the food that was picked up the manager rudely said listen I'm the general manager here and I don't care, I'll refund you. You will see the funds back in your account in two days. Before I could even answer back she just hung up on me! How RUDE & disgusting behavior from this woman. We will never order from this place again. Complete trash.

I have never had any issues in the restaurant.Yesterday when I ordered to take out when I got home to my surprise It looks like I order a head of lettuce and nothing else.. Look at the photo. I had always order this salad ? in the restaurant with no issues.

Nothing but love for the Zin but I think I should warn you all that I ordered the Southwestern Chicken Sandwich and gave a piece of it to my dog and she had a major allergic reaction to it. So like, don't give any of the Southwestern Chicken Sandwich to your dogs.

Honestly, the beef burgers are a little bland. My kids love the veggie burgers. The zucchini fries are delicious. Everything is overly oily. And for whatever reason they close their kitchen at 7:30pm. Other places give their customers better service.
I have always enjoyed zinburger and this was no different. 9 of us enjoyed everything we had . What a shame its disappearing . I hope they can change the trend and stay open .

Zinburger is one of the finest burger joints in New Jersey especially the location in Clifton. The service is on point, food quality is superb, and every meal I've ever received was tasty & consistent.

I've miss all the different New Jersey's Zinburger locations. I had to drive 30 minutes to Clifton for my Clint burger but it was sooooo worth it. No inside dining but you can order by calling in, DoorDash or Uber eats. I ordered using DoorDash. My food was hot and waiting when I arrived. Staff was friendly. It was nice and clean and everyone wore mask. Please don't close this one

Horrible service. I called at 7pm to place a pick up order. I was placed on hold, and no one came back to the phone. I was on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up. I called back and when I asked to place an order, I was told no because they stop at 7:15. Which is fine, if I wasn't blatantly ignored when I called the first time. I told the employee that I was on hold and no one came back to the phone, and she proceeded to lie and say no one called. Just be honest and say you didn't want to take the order. Don't lie when we both know what you were doing. Horrible service to leave a customer on hold and never come back, just because it's 15 minutes away from orders stopping. Lazy service. Not to mention, I'm a paying customer, during a pandemic, that Zin Burger has had to close 2 other locations during due to the financial impact.
