Best steak of all the restaurants, including pricier restaurants in NYC. Anytime I get a steak elsewhere I end up comparing to SEAR and come back. Also, off the menu mushroom risotto is the best I can find
We have been going to this restaurant for years but it has changed. We ordered the 5 ounce filet mignon which came out looking like 3 ounces. It made me want to yell Where's the beef? The beef was tasty and the appetizers were good. Nothing outstanding about the food. My real “beef” with the restaurant is the service. The waiter took my unfinished drink before I was done. The bus person literally stared at us while eating and as soon as I dropped my fork he swooped in to take my plate despite others still eating. I saw him doing this at other tables where he would stare at them. It was creepy, unpolished and unprofessional. Not sure of the rush act, the restaurant was empty on a Wednesday night. We were there for a special occasion and they were made aware but did nothing to make it special. I'm not looking for a freebie but they have known us for years and never offered us anything special. Maybe this restaurant is not doing well. With the many steak restaurants around, this one isn't what it used to be. Not sure where Rosa the owner/manager was last night but when she is there everything is run beautifully and you are made to feel special. Super disappointed in this once special and wonderful dining experiences.

Our waitress seemed a bit green. We ordered a Mezcal Margarita, it came back as a regular Margarita and then when we sent it back she said there isn't any Mezcal. Food was decent. A bit loud but all in all a decent experience.
Food is great! Too noisy and loud.. the bar is next to the dining tables.. with the music and people taking/laughing loudly.. I could hardly hear my husband. Staff were so attentive though.. place was nice just NOISY

The food was just good. But from the starters to the desserts, nothing really stood out as outstanding, which for the price they charge was a huge disappointment. The seafood was fresh and the steaks were prepared properly, but overall the experience was lacking.

Sear hosted myself and 14 friends In their private room for my 60th birthday party for myself.. I had a long career on Wall Street as had my 14 friends.. We have all eaten at the finest steakhouses in the world on expense accounts.. Sear Served us the finest steaks we have ever eaten. Top notch all the way around and I thank them all very much for a wonderful experienceWheelchair accessibility: Sear is prepared and knowledgeable about everyone that requires accessibility.

Everything is wonderful. Our server (sounds like NS) was wonderful. He had never opened champagne before. Very attentive without being intrusive. The fried calamari was cooked perfectly and the breading was so light. The chicken Milanese was so light and tasty. We had the lava cake. Oh my goodness. Delightful and sinfully

I thoroughly enjoyed the complete experience of Sear House. The ambiance is elegant and classy. The wait staff are professional, courteous and friendly. The food is delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my bone in filet mignon. It was lightly seasoned and very tender. My wife enjoyed her rigatoni bolognese. The menu is comprehensive, offering choices for everyone. It is a beautiful place to celebrate. Though it is not required I think dressing up for the occasion always improves the experience.Highly recommend.

Bar tender and waitress was awesome!Food was great it always is!Cleanliness terrible. There were olive pits and gum on the wall by our hi top. It was hidden behind the happy hour table tent I get it, but was unsettling.Icing on the cake, valet lost my car key.
