I drove over 40 minutes on Sunday to get a dozen of glazed donuts. When I arrived I was informed they don’t have anymore. I asked how long would it take to make new ones, I was informed the machine was “down” and no more donuts would be made. I had a certificate and then asked if I can get a dozen donuts of a different kind since this Krispy Kreme is not close to my home and I’m unable to use the certificate at the grocery store. The worker informed no and that I would have to come back tomorrow. Terrible service!

Drove from N,E Philly with my mouth watering. We get there and everything looks great, we order a dozen reg. Doughnuts & a 16 box of mini's & 2 drinks.($45.00) We get home and can't wait to eat them. START EATING & BAM!!! SOOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! THEY WER NOT FRESH AT ALL... We got there at 8am thinking that they would be FRESH..... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!The build up and the hard crash.. If it wasn't that far n we didn't have to pay a toll I would have went back. SOOOOOOOODISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!

The employees that I had to deal with on 2/16/2024 were an absolute disgrace to the company, with exception to Crystal.I don't understand how a group of people can COMPLETELY screw up an order and thsn give you an attitude when you go back to get the proper food that you ordered.Shame on that young man with glasses and shaggy hair who initially gave me am attitude. Shame on the overweight muddle aged woman who was quick to come over, tell at me, and berate me. Shame on all of the employees who refused to give me the names of the employees who refused to give me the names so their actions could be held accountable. Major props to Crystal who pulled me to the side and fixed my order and showed me kindness.DOUBLE SHAME on the little boy with glasses who happened to answer the phone 10 minutes ago when I called today to complain. I said "You're the guy who gave me an attitude yesterday, cam I have your name?"He literally laughed at me and told me "I don't have to give that to you"To the owner of this franchise:I worked in customer service and sales for many years and this is unacceotable! This store really started going downhill when employees like Alicia left. Do something to fix the attitudes of these employees. This is no way for you to maintain a proper business with employees like this.Even the lady who walked out behind me as i was leaving was shocked with the way the employees acted and made a comnent to me.

It was my son's 21th birthday and he loves donuts, So luckily a friend of mine told me about the buy one get one free and I got it 2 Two dozen donuts For the price of one. Stacked 21 donuts in the box with candles, he loved it.
