This is delicious traditional Mexican food. You’re not going to have a bad meal here. The owners are great to their customers. You must try their horchata. It’s divine. Never had a bad meal here.Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly.

Tried this restaurant on weekday. Restaurant was empty. There was only one table and thats us.Food was terrible. We tried chimichanga, nachos, and chille relleno, we end up wasting all food. Tomato sauce was so watery. Would not recommend at all.

4 of us ate here for the first time. We wanted to try a new Mexican food restaurant and Open Table rated this place as excellent. We found the food to be bland, cold and over priced. The place was nearly empty on a Saturday night, we should have known what the experience would be. It is a very, very small room with minimal table space. The waitress did not come over to our table for a good 20 minutes to even begin to take our order. She didn't check on us one time throughout the dinner. The chips and salsa tasted terrible and stale. My 3 beef tacos were cold, tasteless and filled mostly with lettuce. My friend's burrito was bland and the rice and beans that came with it were cold. The place is BYOB and we were happy that at least we had good alcohol (which we brought) to salvage an awful experience. Will never go back.

The food is amazing! We had chicken nachos, chicken enchiladas and steak tostadas....all legit. The margarita is mix is actually good too, usually I find it too sweet. Tres leches cake was perfection. Definitely make a rez, the inside is pretty small and low-key. Can't wait to go back again!

We had a party of seven. It was a Sunday at five. The weather was ok and there was parking available on the street. It's a very small restaurant with I'm estimating 10 tables. There was limited staff, maybe two waitresses, and the service was not bad. The food was ok, not great. We had appetizers, tacos, enchiladas, a shrimp dinner. Most of us thought it was ok, a little bland, but it definitely didn't live up to the five star rating as noted on this site. With so many great Mexican restaurants in south jersey, it's highly unlikely we'll return.

If you love real Mexican food, I don't recommend this place. My wife and I just dined here and we were pretty disappointed. The guacamole was bland. No salt, lime, pepper, Super bland.I got carnita burrito. The carnita was dry and chunky. My wife got enchilada plate, came with tamales, rice and black beans. The black beans tasted like they came straight out of a Goya can. Zero seasoning it was gross! Not even a bayleaf was thrown in there. You need to season black beans!Overall, I do not recommend this place. I think all the locals love it, but if you want real Mexican cuisine, look elsewhere. The music was good though... playing good Spanish music.

Found our new favorite place to go! Food is authentic and delicious! Server was amazing she went out of her way to make sure everyone in the restaurant was happy. It's small but man the food has big big flavor!

I ate a chorizo wet burrito in green sauce, and it was pretty good quality. Great sizing for the price, and quality sides. The guac didn't come with a great amount of chips though. We had to ask for more. I don't recall too much about the food other than thinking that it was fairly good, but nothing remarkable.Service was slow in every aspect. Friendly, but slow. It was slow even when we were the only people in the place around 5pm.Atmosphere is small and cozy. I felt it was a nice date place.

Party had chicken enfrijoladas, beef burrito, and cheese enchiladas. Each was obviously very fresh and nicely prepared and presented. Chicken and beef were very tender and flavorful. Service was excellent.
