My first time buying from here via phone. I purchased a hoagie tray for after a funeral service at a friend's house, at pretty much last minute. I had trouble finding the place too. My cell went crazy, and it froze. I couldn't pick up the food on time. To make matters worse each time they tried to reach me ,well my cell wouldn't allow me to answer the call either. I find Primo hoagies to be dry and their rolls are not my thing. That said a lot of people like them and they're a good option. Also their catering service is great for an in office luncheon.
