I come here all of the time! It struck me today that I owe this wonderful place a review.Initially, I came here because the hours fit my schedule. Then, it turned out the tea at Revolution was incredible (shout out to tea drinkers in a coffee world)!Ultimately, Revolution became my tea away from tea because of the baristas( special shoutout to Liz and Aiden, but everyone is amazing) They memorize the orders of regulars, are professional and courteous.It struck me today about their innate kindness. I normally rock my order, small talk, and go. Today I came in with my son, who’s two and a vibe. His hot chocolate was made with so much care and attention to detail it took the gloom out of the world’s rainiest day. The barista, Aiden, didn’t need to show this level of kindness, but did it anyway. An actual angel move.Anyway, come for the hours, enjoy the tea, stay for the lovely people who make Revolution spectacular.

We stopped going here for a while, as most of our friends did due to the negative energy behind the counter. We decided to give it another chance this weekend and while we were there, the barista was again not very friendly, while another worker complained about her drawing on the chalkboard being messed up, then wiped away the scribbles under it that my child and another child had done. It was very awkward and uncomfortable and made us feel extremely unwelcome. We won’t be back.

Do not go here. Used to come here all the time and it was so welcoming and sweet very nice staff. Went in today and had one of the most absolute rudest and miserable person working he was rude to everyone in there. Will not be coming back.

Went for a quiet drink. I wish you could pick the size you really want in a coffee drink but that's their thing.Parking: It's Collingwood. Parking is always tough especially handicapped. It's hard to get closer parking BC it's always busy.
Delicious coffee and great atmosphere! Tried the iced vanilla latte and it was well balanced perfect flavor. I think the barista shakes the iced latte to incorporate the flavors, making it even tastier. Love the space and cute chalk wall!

Recently, we’ve been purposely avoiding the shop due to the negative energy and outward rudeness from a single barista. We don’t know his name, but he’s there most days. He seems blatantly annoyed to serve customers, never says hello or you’re welcome (although we always say hello to him and thank him), and has outright refused any customization to our drinks. Simple things too, like light ice or adding an extra pump of syrup. At this point, we avoid coming in and tell others to do the same because it’s such a negative and unwelcoming experience when he’s there.My wife & I used to love this coffee shop. Being parents of a young child we came here a LOT (several times weekly, often multiple times a day) and only drink their coffee beans in our home. To say we were regulars would be an understatement. Drinks in the shop and beans at home are all good quality.I also want to call out Bea, who recently started working there. They are one of the only reasons we still come in because the experience is so pleasant and the drinks are perfect every time. More Bea!

It's a nice spot to sit and get some work done. Their latte was good. The barista was nice and helpful because I wanted to bring a bag of beans home for my husband. You can tell there are a lot of regulars there with friendly banter. Thanks for a great cup of coffee!

First time here and kindly asked the barista if they have any peanut allergens in the coffee shop. We were met with short answers and hostility. We also asked if they had any fun seasonal drinks and the barista shrugged and seemed to care less and we felt like we were a bother coming in. We tried to add an extra shot to the latte we got because we were told it had 2 shots in it and he said So you want 4 shots? Communication was lacking and we will not be returning in the foreseeable future. Working in retail during the holidays is stressful but there's no need to go out of your way to make your customers feel uncomfortable. This was on a Wednesday morning and we were one of 3 people there. We would recommend you go to Groove Ground instead!
