I was very disappointed by the customer service given to us at this location. My boyfriend had never been to a Saladworks so he was unfamiliar with what options they had so I was explaining it to him and figuring out what to order. The girl who was making salads was acting like she was in a rush and didn't have time to wait for us to decide so I was trying to rush with what I wanted and every time I was looking to decide she was rolling her eyes and had a attitude on her face. There was nobody in line behind us so we weren't holding anyone up. I felt so overwhelmed by the way she handled our interaction that I wound up getting a salad I wasn't happy with. I work in the customer service business and I would never treat my customer that way like we were bothering her. Your job is to make sure the customer has a good experience and be patient with them as sometimes we may need some time to look and think over our options. I hope nobody else is made to feel this way when they visit your establishment. I will continue to get my salad from the Deptford location since they have no issue with being patient and approachable. My advice is to learn how to make a better impression and learn better patience when it comes to your customers!

we had our office order the total 5 people were almost $80.00, one of my co-workers ordered a AVACADO Salad, no tomatoes add extra AVACADO, when she first open her salad there was NO AVACADO this is not the 1st time its actually the 3rd time first 2 times she asked me not to say nothing. i told her now i will call them and complain as she was almost done her salad she finally found 2 very small pieces of AVACADO. i called and ask for the servier Beatrice G. and a young lady answered i told her what happen and she said she is actually the one that made the salad and put an entire 1/2 of AVACADO in the salad. i told her i apologize but my co-worker showed me her salad even if she found 2 small pieces at the bottom of her salad that does not justify an AVACADO salad. the young lady was not helpful but instead was arguementative, what ever happen to customer service and the customer is always right? My co-worker paid $13.50 for her salad she should be able to enjoy it. Not satisfy with the customer service provided and how quickly she jumped to defend herself instead of stepping back and asking what can i do to make this right? I will drive to another location before going here again!

Service was friendly and prompt however the freshness of the ingredients was lacking. Cucumbers were starting to turn slimy the breaded chicken was stale and ice cold. Likely not

I just left. salad works in Collingswood and my dressing French was sour. So I approach the manager and I said your French dressing is sour she said thank you and then she said the trash is over there. I’ve never had such rude service ever instead of saying sorry to hear that something again, the trash is over there her exact words !!! I will never go there again And will share this information with everyone I train about 100 people a day !!!!

This the best location I've been to so far always fresh ingredients very friendly and patient staff. Never knew they had soup the young lady saved me a trip to another store and the soup was GREAT!

One star for denying a customer a paper bag for my food. I asked for a paper bag, because I didn't want to drop my food all over the car, so I asked for a bag. The cashier answer was "no, bags are only for customer that have two orders or more". What kind of nonsense is that. I'm done being petty.

Do not eat at this location. !!! BEWARE .The staff is very rude. As soon as we came in no one greeted us or even acknowledged us. Both our meals were drenched with dressing, and I’m not sure if they change anything out because right now I’m in a ball on my living room floor with horrible stomach pain and I keep throwing up. The salad is all I ate all day! Please if you don’t want to get sick, don’t come here

SaladWorks is awesome, Collingswood Salad Works is the top tier SW. They also give generous portions, have fresh ingredients, and are extremely friendly. I've been coming to this SW for 10+ years even though I no longer live there, it's worth the drive. Plus they are the only SW that makes my wrap with extras and extra dressing perfectly EVERY time.

I’ve been eating here for years and I’ve noticed a significant decline in professionalism. The employees are not properly securing their hair, their shirts are dirty, and their food handling is well below serve safe standards. I have to be straight forward, the staff members are very nice but are in serious need of retraining and better supervision.

This is the second time in a month I’ve ordered from this Saladworks using UberEats and the order is wrong. I know it’s a labor shortage but it’s simple things that make or break the entire meal. The reason people order delivery is because they cannot leave to go get the meal and ensure all is accurate. Salad being delivered without dressing that I paid extra for. Twice the drink was forgotten. It’s annoying! Now I’m still starving (I’m not eating a dry salad) and still very thirsty. I have no bottles of water on hand. If I wanted to walk or drive to a store I would have. I can’t! I’m ordering from work! So- Please just make the orders accurately! Ensure all items are good to go!!!!! It’s a waste of money and time when the order arrives and doesn’t fulfill your lunch plans.
