First time but had a great experience. Staff was SUPER SUPER nice ! Place is very clean and spacious, Menu is very clear and kitchen is very clean. Ordered a cheese sub and hot teriyaki chicken - they didn't hold back on the cheese or chicken. Very tasty; I would definitely recommend this place to others. I've been to this place on multiple occasions, and there has never been one instance where I was not greeted with a smile or treated to the best service. I have been there DURING the height of the pandemic when it was carry out/delivery only, and I have been there after dining regulations were changed to allow indoor dining again. The cleanliness was the same each time, and the friendly ambiance was the same. The employee checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything, without hovering, and she even refilled our drinks from the fountain machine without us even asking. The quality of the food has always been exceptional. It is always at the right temperature, and it is always fresh. The meat is always tender, and the fries don't taste like stale oil; they make you want to order them each time, even if you weren't planning on it. Because of each satisfactory visit that I've had, I am encouraged to try something new on their menu each time I visit. The place is not meant for a fancy date; the place is relaxed and mellow, so it's great for grabbing lunch during the day, decompression after a rough day, or even just a quick bite with friends at any time. Overall, if you have never been here, it is worth checking out so you can see for yourself what you're missing out on. If you have been here before, there's a reason you keep going back; I know I do. :)

I'm just hooked on JON SMITH SUBS. The owner and staff are so polite and the service is excellent. My go to sandwich is the Cuban - with extra cheese. Love the homemade fries (just like my mom used to make). If I could afford it, I'd eat there once or twice a week. JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Staff were extremely nice and service was fast and efficient. The shop was very busy during the lunch hour on a Saturday. Stopped in and took a chance as I'm not familiar with the area anymore. Sandwiches were fresh and generously sized.

I'm not sure if it's because I was really hungry or because it was that good, but the beef teriyaki sandwich was ON. POINT. Tender meat, juicy, stacked with toppings and saucy. Great bold flavor with super soft bread compact enough to take perfect bites. YUM. Fries remind me of crispier McDonalds fries which to me is a huge compliment being that McD's fries are one of the best in the fast food chain game. Can't wait to order again, thanks for a great meal guys!!

I'll start off by saying I don't eat at Subway and I don't eat at gas stations. I stopped by today to give it a shot. It was more of an emergency meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich. I'll start off with the positives: the place was clean and spacious. As for the one-star rating, the sandwich was disappointing. If I had to guess, there could not have been 3 oz of chicken on that sandwich. it was absurd. for a non-franchised store, he's got no chance of surviving giving those portions.
