I have always been a Dunkin drinker. I can't do any other chain, it is like drinking burnt coffee. Dunkin will almost always win out for me. Besides which you can order in English! I don't need to spend 5 minutes ordering only to get burnt coffee. Dunkin place order and drinking your coffee in 5 minutes.

I go through drive thru, never go in. They are pretty quick, friendly, and usually accurate with the order. Food and drinks are typically consistent.It does annoy me when they are out of, like, French vanilla swirl coffee...like c'mon Dunkin', you had ONE job.One time, this location was like, out of everything, so I went to the other Dunkin down the street near the grocery store... the wait and service there was horrible, and the food was burnt/overcooked. So I'll be sticking with my ole faithful Dunkin on the corner of 33 and 35.

For at least 20 years, Dunkin' has been skimming on the ingredients for doughnuts. This used to be their primary product, in the name and all. I stopped purchasing my two favorite doughnuts (Vanilla Cream and Chocolate Cream) because they had pathetic amounts of cream, like teaspoon amounts. However, today, I went into Dunkin hungry, unsure of what I was going to order, and noticed that the vanilla creams had a generous lump of cream on the top. I reluctantly took a chance and was surprised at the result. Not only did I enjoy the cream on top, the doughnut itself was fresh and was filled with cream inside. I'm under the impression that these are prepared elsewhere and shipped in the morning to various franchises, but anyway, this experience was enough to make me consider visiting here in the future. Don't take this lightly, Dunkin'! We come here without health-consciousness, and want a treat. This doughnut was a return to the "Dunkin' Doughnuts" I remember from the nineties.Laying off the cream argument for a moment, I did enjoy the other items I ordered. The staff was also nice too. I encountered two staff members, both very friendly, working around 1:15 pm on Monday, May 22. I think both are bilingual. I'm a native English speaker, but it's nice to see that they are able to help customers in both languages. They smiled and created a pleasant dining experience. The store was also very clean, and everything attended to, floors, tables, condiments, etc. I honestly hate Dunkin' most of the time, but these people and this experience will have me returning.

Hello, I hope this will go directly to owners.Staaf need more education on standards of Dunkin’ measurements for coffee and other stuff you are selling. For them small latte and medium latte contains same amount of espresso shots.Missing orders and messing with the quality and quantity of the order. Staff is calm but that’s not gonna help with dissatisfied and disappointed customers.

This used to be my go-to takeout, every day on the way to work and often the family breakfast takeout over weekends when we were in a hurry. Suddenly, entire staff working there has changed. Takeout isn't reliable anymore. Major items are missing from the order. Not usually worth going back there, even after having paid for food that you don't get. Impossible to sift through bags in store just to confirm when so many items are stacked in there for the whole family. Won't be going to this DD anymore.

This place is terrible. The employee was not only sitting on one of the couches talking to someone when I came in (6:15am March 30, 2023) but she was extremely rude and treated me as if I was not welcome. It was 30 degrees outside, I came in to use the restroom and get coffee, after I used the restroom (literally 3 minutes in the restroom) she refused to take my order as she sat and talked with someone on the couches. I told her I was going to grab my wallet from the truck before ordering and she said "that's the last time you use the bathroom here and don't order".... I've never been here in my life. I live in Florida. Over a thousand miles from here.. I was iffy about Dunkin' prior to this just because the coffee is so inconsistent, but after this I won't be back to a dunkin ever. Not worth being treated like trash for a mediocre warm coffee. The owner of this location needs to review the cameras and fire this employee. (Woman with long dark hair) There's no excuse to tarnish the reputation of an entire brand with this bad and unwanted attitude.
For about 10 years, I always order on the go, and rarely have an issue. These days staffing problems can cause issues at ANY service company. I tend to take that into account.

They pretty much put no cream cheese on my bagel, and my iced coffee tasted like it had been sitting for two days. Could just be because I went at 5pm. I’ll give them an extra star since it hasn’t been this bad the previous times I went.
