I really like the fact that they have quality coffee in a rural town like Colts Necks. I was very happily surprised. Please let me put my own sugar on the coffee. I asked for two packets of brown sugar. The worker probably out two big spoons of white sugar. It was way too sweet to be enjoyed. And because they were about to close, I didn't want to ask them to re do it. So I had to drink it : (

I picked a bigger Bali today and I requested a little bit of half and half. I tasted and then looked at it and it had alot of creme in it. I went and they fixed it no hassles. My wife ordered any apple cidar tea but she was surprised it was cold as she was expecting hot tea. Do you still use the two arrows down to request less of cream?

Went to this location for the first time. I appreciate the seating outside, service was friendly inside, and the drink was AWESOME! Plenty of parking.

Nice coffee chain around this area of NJ. I got a Turkish coffee with oat milk and it was delicious. They have some pastries for sale. This spot didn’t have indoor seating, I’m not sure if all of them are like that.Dietary restrictions: There are multiple alternative milk options for those who are dairy free.

I’ve ordered an iced oat latte and they’ve said the don’t make lattes bc they don’t steam milk… Who steams milk to make iced lattes? The story is they don’t do espressos they do cold brew and pour overs which is amazing but the server was looking at me like if I don’t know what I’m talking about besides explaining the brand moto or the brand vision. Just for next time with another person, it o lot takes like 20 seconds explaining to a new customers how their brand works to make everyone feel welcome and they took long to serve the drink. Anyways I’ve enjoyed my cold brew but not the whole experience

I like the fact that they were bumping SiriusXMU and the New Pornographers were on. It seems like a younger crowd comes in here so the tunes made sense.Came in to pick up a couple of bottles of the Mexican Mocha Style cold brew (seasonal) I preordered the night before using their app. It was the closest store and didn't mind taking the trip since I'm always down at Asbury Park on the weekends (I usually take route 18). The crew was a little confused when I gave them my name and preordered the night before but someone recalled that they stored my 2 bottles in the fridge at the back of the house.I also ordered a large New Orleans style cold brew with almond milk and 2 equal. While they were making my brew, I decided to take the 2 bottles and put them in the car. I came back and asked one of the employees if it was worth it to grab a bagel from next door or head to the deli across the street. He then asked me if there was something he could help me with and I said I was waiting for my cold brew.Overall not a bad experience.

For real this is the way I received my $6 coffee and was told it was too dark and no coffee could be added. Ok m over this place and the little meatball behind the counter.

The Rook is so much better than Starbucks. The coffee is fantastic , and the Cranberry Scones are to die for... The staff is always friendly, no matter which Rook you go to.

Excellent coffee, chill vibe. I love the Turkish with half & half. I just wish there were more stores than just in a concentrated section around the shore. Their presentation suggests they'll grow soon enough. A good quality cup o' Joe for $2 full dollars less than Snootbucks!

It would be nice to have a couple of tables and a couple of chairs. Also, it would be nice to have small sized coffee cups, not everyone can handle a drink that big...

Solid coffee shop with interesting seasonal varieties. Pricing on par with Starbucks, but very limited selection. PS they don't offer teas...which is very odd, and a reason to avoid if you have that one tea drinker in the group order.
