This is the worst subway I have ever experienced. Please stay away if you can. The staff( or the owner)told me that my subs are not microwaveable. I had the same subways at other locations and never heard of such thing? How come one specific sub become unmicrowaveable at your store? AND, the price of subs at this place is ridiculously higher than other places, I thought all subways have the same price until I went to this one, I did research after getting home and the subways do allow the owner to decide its prices, but this store takes it to the next level. And they sneakily added 2 cheeses to each of my subs to jack up the price, which I didn't order nor I had their cheese in the sub. Stay away!

Literally cancelled my order and started shouting about them not participating in subways buy one get one half off deals. It’s online. You shouldn’t treat the customers badly because corporate did you wrong. Wouldn’t spit on them to put out a fire!!!My 14 year old daughter was yelled at because she didn’t know the order had been cancelled and was with my sister to pick it up.

You enter a subway store, and it's deserted, slightly too cool to be comfortable, slightly too damp to be clean, and slightly too bright to be inviting. There is one lonely employee who sheepishly pockets their tiny electronic escape window as the chime of the door drags them back to reality. They do their best not to look at you for those awkward 10 seconds while you walk to the counter before you're close enough to order.You observe as the employee assembles your sandwich, making sure to painstakingly put each ingredient on only one half of the sub. You ask for a condiment, and they squeeze it out of a disgusting rubber nipple, then toss the bottle back into its bin like they don't want to touch it either. It wheezingly inhales the kitchen scraps and windex aroma that permeates the store. You ask yourself... are they wearing these gloves to keep the food clean or their hands? You pay, and you're handed a sandwich that heavily sags into a flimsy garbage bag it doesn't really seem to fit in.

so, i’m not usually a Karen, however, this subway experience brought frustration I never thought I’d have towards them. I placed an order on the app, it was easy, I used a coupon, and was about to leave to pick it up. I get a call…. I pick up…. one of the workers says he had to cancel my order because they do not accept coupons or discounts. I was confused and baffled… I understand some stores don’t participate in certain promotions, however I literally received these coupons in the mail, for what I wrongly assumed are to use at the local chain. why does the app allow you to order with a coupon but then they cancel it? made me angry. I just wanted a sub….

The worker gave me a hard time because I did not buy a drink and instead drank my own low cal no sugar drink which they dont offer. Also, the sandwich meat tasted days old. Also gave me a weird look when I asked for onions and peppers on my meatball sandwich. Stay away, in this day and age go to a place where you are welcomed.

I ordered a cheese sub and she put one slice of cheese - one slice!! $8 sub and cheese didn’t even cover the breadI would’ve asked for extra cheese but it would have costed more.

O.m.g ! This place was was so unprofessional, both clerks were rude and disrespectful. They didn’t allowed coupons and got rude when I try to use my subway card for points , they didn’t have any food and were so cheap looking as in they weren’t a real subway . Will never go there again just close this place

They over charge, app says protein bowl is 8.99 plus tax, in store they charge 11.99 plus tax. Guy behind the counter is rude, unhelpful and disrespectful to every customer.

O. . M. . G. . the CHEAPEST, worst customer service at ANY Subway I've ever been to in my LIFE! I ordered a 12" sub. .asked when I ordered if he could cut it in half and put it in separate plastic bags. As he was making the sandwich, everything I asked for to be put on, he BARELY PUT ON! Banana Peppers? He put like 3 little chunks on. . ONIONS? Same thing, like 3 or 4 individual pieces. . I asked if he could put on a bit more. . he put like 2 tiny pieces more. . I gave up. . whatever. then when he was wrapping it up he put it in one bag. I asked again, "Can you please put the two halves in two separate plastics bags?". NO. Plastic bags "cost money". . "If you want two bags you have to order two 6" subs. .not 1 12" sub". I literally couldn't believe it. . I knew something was up with this screwball when I saw how he was being so careful as to not put any toppings on the sub. . what a fricken A$$$ hole. . .sub was good. . if not dry and under-garnished. .but the owner, I assume, was a real piece of $hit.

So annoyed. Hubby and I specifically drove an hour to get here only to walk in and be told they cancelled our order because they don't participate in the promotion even though subway has it on their website they do. Didn't call or anything. Just cancelled. Thankfully Delicious Orchards was nearby. We ended up eating lunch there instead.
