“Tiny Sub Shop that doesn't disappoint. Had a very good amount of meat & just enough lettuce, tomatoes & onions not to overshadow the sandwich. Had a whole #1 and couldn't eat the entire sandwich. This place beats the heck out of chain places.“

There was no tabouli sauce, and served w pickles,cabbage,spices on an interesting bread that was sort if a cross between a pita a roll.. “I saw the Mr. Subs sign on Rt 18 in East Brunswick a few times going through town. Today my wife and I took a shot and got an Italian Sub for lunch… HOLY COW… what a fantastic sandwich!!! Look, most of the time people don’t write reviews unless they have something to complain about. I just wanted to say that this is a wonderful, fresh sandwich at a fair price. “I've been hesitant to reveal our 'secret place' but Sandwich King deserves a great review. I live in NYC, the parents are in NJ. When I am nearing 8A each week I call in an order for p/u. The service is impeccable, food is excellent, over the years the staff which has not changed are very polite, punctual and efficient. At the counter you can see how fresh the food is. They keep the food prep area and the entire place super clean, spotless. They also have a nice seating area if you want a break from work or just to have a meal with a friend. “On Sunday, April 14, 2022 I was passing through cranberry New Jersey decided to stop at Mr. sub to get a ham and cheese. They have two sizes 16 & 8 inch. I asked the female preparer. I didn’t get her name. My apologies. She was very nice. Ask her what size is 8 inch. She said “I was going to get smart and said 8 inches”. A friendly bantering. I was going to get smart back with her and say I should know what 8 inch look likes. Outstanding customer service.“
