This Starbucks location is always bustling with customers, but they have enough staff to keep the lines moving efficiently. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, allowing customers to relax and enjoy their coffee. One unique feature is the convenience of EV car charging - you can grab your coffee and by the time you're done, your car is 80% charged. Overall, a great spot for a quick coffee break!

I was there yesterday, i ordered 2 lattes, cashier didn’t take my name and didn’t give me a receipt and there were 20 people wait at pick up I went back to the cashier told her she didn’t take my name and didn’t give me a receipt the cashier next to her started arguing with me said she did asked me twice, but I’m sure she didn’t ask me because when she done taking my order the cashier walked away I told her you didn’t take my name she pretend she didn’t hear me, anyways I just want to get receipt so I can get my order at take out but the cashier is rude when I go back to they my receipt. And the coffee tastes like milk and sugar no coffee taste at all I know it was busy but that was the awful coffee I ever had. Owner need to train employees to be nice to customers.

Hundreds of flies on the ceiling which does not give me confidence to think that this Starbucks is clean. I think it's best for the health department to inspect you why there is so many flies.

Was bit of nervous about the quality because it's a service stop starbucks, but they made the drink good and actually gave me "light ice" as ordered.

I hate to put bad reviews for Starbucks because I just love Starbucks coffee and been an everyday customer since last 10 years. However, the service at this particular Starbucks outlet is so super pathetic that I had to write this review. We ordered one “tall chai tea latte” and one “Grande Cappuccino”” with 2 raw sugar in it”. The guy charged us for Grande in both the cases and to his credit, he gave grande cups only; however, they switched the cups with “raw sugar packets” which led to chai tea latte becoming super sweet. When I pointed out this mistake to them, they were really cold in their response and I had to repeat myself several times and he looked at me as if I’m lying. Finally he took the chai tea latte back and threw it, made another one, this time I told him to make “tall” since we ordered for tall and cannot finish “grande” drink. He made it tall, but no apology. Of course, it’s not about the money or a buck. It’s about how you treat your customers. Ordered this on June 2 around 11pm EST.

Good Starbucks particularly for a turnpike service center. Accepts in person and mobile orders. Full service location including mugs and ground coffee. Large dedicated seating area.

They have mobile order in Starbucks at this service area. We have been waiting for at least 20 mins for the drinks. Then we have to ask the staff about the mobile order and then they told us the mobile order system doesn't work. What in the world they can't put a sign saying that the mobile order system is out. Very disappointed with the management of this location. Not organized. I know it's rarely renovated but still they must make sure the system at least work.

Wayyyyyy too much ice. I just drank this to show how much ice was in here. So unfair that this was $6. They need to do something about this as a company now as a whole. I am so tired of this. Been coming here almost 15 years, and every week I come. I ask for almost no ice and they do this. Then they look at me like I am crazy when I see this and ask them to remake it. Today I just drank it, but I am so tired of this happening like 50 times a year.
