If I could give zero stars I would . This place is absolutely a nightmare! We usually come in and eat and the food is okay, but we recently ordered a pizza for delivery and it came looking like it was tossed upside down . Our next visit we showed the manager a picture and he said he was sorry things happen. He asked why we didn’t call the day it happened? I explained to him that when we eat inside we hear all the employees talking horrible about the guest complaining. I explained one occasion a customer complained on the phone about the delivery taking long . The man making the pizzas started laughing saying they were busy watching the soccer game what did they expect. Another time a man called saying his pizza never came and another young lady was explaining to the manager and he literally calls the delivery guy who says he left it under the bushes and they all started laughing. The manager tells me I must have heard wrong and I’m explaining sir your employees are talking horrible about your guest and you just don’t care don’t worry I won’t be back and he literally says it’s ok some customers you just don’t need !!! It’s okay don’t worry we will go elsewhere where our money is appreciated.

Pretty disappointed as we order from here pretty regularly. My husband did a pick-up order and our chicken was cold. I called to see if he could make a replacement on only what was cold. I was met with "did you take a long time to pick it" (we literally live across the street) and proceeded to tell me no. I don't expect the world, but as a repetitive customer I'm done with their poor service and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I grew up in Central Upstate NY and have been looking for a pie similar to our regular pizzas. Thinner than Sicilian, thicker than regular crust in NJ, made in a pan and not greasy (I know, a lot to ask). I finally found it!! Most NJ pan pizzas, outside of Pizza Hut, seem paper thin and not what I was looking for though tasty. I ordered for the first time (Kenilworth) the Vodka pan pizza and it was so delicious! I see in reviews that many here call it deep dish (different than true crust of a deep dish), but it isn't... The crust and sauce were fantastic. Next time I will add basil or try another. Delivery was less than 1 hr over lunch time. Also felt like it was cooked perfectly for me.

I read good things about their pizza, so gave it a try. Something was missing from my order when it was delivered and when I called, I was told that they would be right back with it. Someone called and was asking me to “buzz” then in but that just meant he was in the wrong place. He then said he’d use GPS and be at my place in three minutes. 20 minutes later I called the restaurant and asked to cancel the portion of my order and refund me for which they offered me a credit on my next visit. I did eventually get a credit to my card.

The best pizza I have ever had! The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the buffalo pizza. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Worst calzone of my life! I ordered a calzone expecting a normally large sized calzone. I can rarely finish a calzone or even half for that matter. I ordered a plain cheese calzone and for about $10 I got a tiny empanada sized cheese pocket that was super wet. I was left dissatisfied and still hungry. I will never order a calzone here again but I gave 2 stars because the pizza and pasta was pretty good.

Classic pizza, thin crust- not bad actually. Compared to the rest of the reviews I feel a bit lucky that it wasn't burnt or undercooked. We went to a friends bday party on Sunday and they had 6 pies delivered. Plain, pepperoni and sausage. Pretty good! Not sure about service or cost...
Wow. Great pizza. Took a half hour trip from Manalapan just for their pizza. Sicilian is great as well as the Francese. Food is excellent. Service is great. Worth the trip.
