Should be called Cranford’s Worst Bagel. Absolutely horrible bagel shop. There is an AT LEAST 50/50 chance something in your order is screwed up. And they put almost no seasoning/toppings on your bagel (see attached picture.) Cranford’s “Best” officially made my boycott list. Do yourselves a favor and go to Bagels 4 U in Kenilworth or Bagel Chateau in Westfield. Cranford deserves better.

I went on Sunday, March 17. I asked for some bagels and two Taylor ham egg and cheese on rolls. I got home to find there was no eggs on both of the sandwiches. I called and asked to get a credit back on my card and they wanted me to return to the store and they said they would give me $2.00 back!! I said I wanted a credit and they refused over the phone. I asked for the manager and they told me that he was busy. they've lost my business. you can't tell a customer that the manager is too busy. they needed to do the right thing and they failed.

Claim to have delivered $40 worth of bagles here and that was a flat out lie we have full survalance of the property nobody came here. saying there was a delivey problem is one thing flat out lying about it is another. Beware!!! not recomended. would have been overpriced evan if it had been

We order food from this establishment through Uber eats. We had an item missing from the bag which was stapled and we called the bagel shop to figure out where our food was. The owner of the store said it was Uber’s fault which was not the case because the bag was sealed when we got it no rips no nothing, I tried to explain to the owner as he was speaking to his staff, who clearly lied about putting the food in the I bag. He yelled and cursed at us while we were on speakerphone, trying to figure out how to get our food. He cursed at us, saying the F bomb. I will never ever order from this place again. They are rude, disrespectful and don’t do their job. This is not OK.

So my father decided to purchase a bagel with salmon here yesterday and he threw up all day long. He has diabetes and he can't keep anything down and now had to go to medicate to make sure his blood sugar doesn't get too low from not eating. I just hope that the people who work here will see this and consider rechecking their food supply and make sure from now on all their food is fresh and safe to consume.

I've been coming to this establishment for a couple of years for a morning coffee and bagel. I like the whole wheat bagel with butter. The coffee is strong and may not fit everyone's taste. The service is fine. My only criticism is that they could organize the order/pay/pick up areas, so people who are new know what's going on. Could also be a little updated and cleanerWheelchair accessibility: One level. Easy for wheelchairs.

Store closes at 5. I ordered bagels and they were not toasted. They claimed that they close in 20 minutes (even though it was around 3:40 at the time and they close at 5) and couldn’t do anything about it because they already cleaned everything. But then they proceeded to take multiple customers right after and did not close in the 20 minutes they claimed they were closing in. The customer service was horrible, they do not care about customer satisfaction.

Some of the best bagels around! I enjoy all the bagels (I've tried most of them), and the everything bagels have a lot of seasoning which to me is what an everything bagel needs. I love the jalapeno and veggie cream cheese too. They can be a little stingy when you get sandwiches on the bagels, such as eggs and/or meat. The service isn't always great and they can be rude at times. But ordering ahead is best, especially on weekend mornings because they get very busy.
