Went into this Dunkin donuts on April 12th and the customer service was horrible. I stood at the counter for almost 10 mins. No one asked to take my order. People looked at me in my face and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Literally standing there with my wallet open and card in hand ready to make a purchase. It's bad enough the doughnuts and munchkins are a little on the stale side. They could at least provide good service. I walked out without purchasing anything. Rather spend my money some place else.

I usually stop in every morning for a coffee and sometimes a donut. The staff is always friendly and knows my order.
We have been going to this DD for a decade and it has the BEST STAFF ANYWHERE! They know us when we walk in the door and have our daily coffee ready to go ASAP. Thanks guys!!

Today I went to the Dunkin Donuts on North Ave East in Cranford NJ around 1pm. I had a great experience there. There was a young Indian woman working there & a lot of people came in at the same time. I was thinking "Oh no. I came at a bad time." But she waited on everyone very efficiently & quickly and was very friendly as well. I was on the fence if I should try the new sun dried tomato toast, but she said it was delicious & I would really like it. She convinced me & I loved it! It was filling & tasted great. I also did a mobile order for my coffee & added money to my card. My coffee was made just right. I was so impressed with this employee & her male coworker who made my visit so memorable. I will be back soon!
