I've been in this place before, it was good staff were friendly, I was walking around the town today and I am currently pregnant. I asked the lady that works there if I could use the restroom, the place was empty and she said NO. That outside is very crowded and that I could not use the restroom because I'm not a costumer. I am never going back to that place EVER! Cranford is such a beautiful town with beautiful people but this lady if I could call it that just denied me even though I've been a costumer of the place before. This is not NYC we can do better!

They have about 10 seats in total, 4 tables, 2 of which are bar window seats. The bubble teas are excellent, no fluff and no difficult to read menu! Easy to order and owners are friendly. Reasonable prices! They also serve poke but we didn't have that during this visit.

Great bubble tea spot close to home. Gotta love it! I promised my neices and nephew I'd take them for bubble tea when they visited and found this spot! Ended up being a great local find. Passion fruit green tea with boba was on pt! Kids got the mango fruit tea with popping boba. Nice selection to choose from overall. And they had a great promo deal for gift cards where we ended up getting 2 drinks free!The place isn't massive, it's more pick up and go. But there is minimal indoor seating if you want to hang back for a bit. Plenty of street parking around as well! The town (Cranford, NJ) is super cute! We plan to come back and check out Ani Ramen next door. Won't forget to pick up a bubble tea to go!Note: It was sooo gd I forgot to take pics! Will update upon our next visit :)

Absolutely loved their customer service and the drinks were very tasty! I had the Black sugar nova and my sister had the taro. They offer dairy free options on the drinks and you can customize it. The place is beautiful and welcoming. I can’t wait to try more from their menu.

I ordered a guava smoothie to be adventurous. Boy did that decision backfire. It didn't taste like guava at all. Im not sure how to even describe the flavor actually. It was some type of dried candied fruit thats blended up. I thought it would be fresh fruit but apparently not. DON'T ORDER THIS!My friends ordered the milk tea and all liked it so it must have just been what I ordered.The price is $6.50 for a drink and may include boba depending on what you order.I will give this place another shot when in the area again.

While this place has really good bubble tea, the customer service isn’t there. Normally it’s this older lady and everything seems to be an inconvenience for her as she always lets out a big sigh, especially if you want to pay with card. It isn’t welcoming and honestly feels very passive. It’s also really quiet in there with no music on. And they close at 7, not 7:30 like showed on google.

So, I think they have some kinks to work out being so new, but it was definitely not my favorite bubble tea.BF got coffee and I got Almond.The coffee was soooo bitter and dark, did not compliment the bubbles at all.With the almond I was expecting something a bit sweeter and gentler, but it had a harsh acidity or chemical bitterness that I couldn't put my finger on. I had to throw my almond bubble tea away it was undrinkable unfortunately.Very friendly staff, cool location/atmosphere.I'm sure not all of their flavors are bad, but for us it was 2 for 2.
Best bubble tea in the county in my opinion. Ive had from cafe teasia in the areaand even kung fu. I would choose this place over and over. Only bummer is its not too welcoming of a sit down. Still 5 stars for the tea that i came for. Will be back if in the area

The place was horrible, the customer services was even worse. The lady was extremely rude and couldn't care less about the drink. It was also super expensive for a small tea. The boba was also horrible. Never again!

Very clean place. Service was fast but a little too fast .... The bubble tea was just ok. You can tell some bubble tea places make their teas with love and I didn't really feel that here. I felt like I was just drinking milk and the tea barely had any flavor. It was perfectly chilled however which I guess is good.
