Have never eaten here, so I am not reviewing the food or the physical establishment. I always like trying new places locally and typically look at these reviews to get an idea of what a place is like. However, reading some of the nasty replies from the owner of this establishment to unsatisfied customers is quite a turn off. It speaks volumes about a lack of professionalism and warns me NOT to support a business owner with such a hostile attitude. We get it, owning a small business is NOT easy, and sure you're entitled to a bad day on occasion. But there is a better way to handle negative feedback; being snarky and rude is possibly the worst way. Good luck...

Ordered through their website (not Grubhub), order went through, got charged for it, showed up at 6:45 to pick up, and the lights are off, chairs are up, no sign on the door, nothing.

Overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. Spent over $110 for five menu items. The lobster rolls were super small and bland. Crab cakes flavorless and not fresh tasting. Sides do not come with lobster roll so a side of fries was ordered for $7 and was about the quantity of a small fries from McDonald’s. Don’t waste your money.Name calling by the owner…very professional.

I'm torn because the food was good but the value is low. For taste I would say 4.5 out of 5. Had the Maine lobster roll and it was really good but extremely small for $21. They basically put it on a hot dog roll. It's not overly filled. So basically you get a hot dog sized lobster roll with maybe 4 to 5 chunks of lobster for $21! Not a good dealFrench fries were good but once again you get a very small amount. Lobster tacos. You get 2 tacos for $20. For $20 you should get at least 3 maybe even 4. That would be $5 a taco which would still be more than anywhere else. Most place avg out at 3 to $4 per taco. This place is $10 per taco. That's crazyOverall the place is clean. Staff is friendly and food is good. They just don't give you enough food for your money! For $21 maybe you should get 2 of these small rolls. This way you could also get 1 maine roll and 1 new England roll which would be perfect for those that want to try both.

My fingers are red as i write this review bcas they apparently use red food coloring on the lobster meat. Wish I read reviews first but I just popped in for lunch. The roll was completely cold (from the supermarket) as was the lobster meat, no butter and an absolute 22.00 rip off. My take away is Read the Reviews! Sorry I tried this place!

Had the Connecticut lobster roll (warm butter) and fries. The lobster roll was very dry and seems like it was warmed up. I would have to say this place is pretty far down the list on places to get one.
I went to this restaurant three times and then a fourth. Eating and was a great experience with great client care and customer service and the food was high-quality. I’ll be at a bit pricey it was delicious.Unfortunately, I took out a pick up order, and the Connecticut roll was less than appetizing and not the quality at all that you would expect for an $18 sandwich.It is to be served on a toasted roll with butter. The roll was cold and not toasted and there was no butter and the lobster was just cold lobster that was put into the bowl not even heated up and there was no butter on that as well. I called to tell them about it and I was told we’re sorry I was not offered to get a replacement sandwich. No I was I offered to have anything to return.I was told I would receive a return phone call from the owner from one of the workers who seemed very sincere. Evidently the owner did not see fit to return my call, nor did he answer my email message so I would not go back to what I recommend any take out service.I would love to give this restaurant a good rating but I can’t. The customer service is inconsistent as is the food product. When you are serving high end, food products and are looking to continue a great reputation, consistency is important as his customer care I would recommend eating in , or don’t bother

We got the CT roll- definitely not fresh, was not super hot and seemed to be reheated. Meat was tough as well. We won't be back.

The look of the restaurant is ok. The service was basic not really friendly or inviting. I was so excited to try it as I love lobster rolls but the lobster roll was not good at all. Especially for the price. I know lobster rolls are costly so I expected the high price point but I also expected it to be good and it was not. This one is a one and done for me. ??♀️

I was visiting family nearby and we decided to order lobster rolls for delivery. The warm Connecticut roll had a fantastic, generous portion of lobster for a fair price. We got an offer for free fries with our order and were really pleased with the portion size and the delicious salty crispiness. As good as what you will find anywhere in NYC!

A great little place to grab lunch. We had the Connecticut lobster rolls and fries and then took some lobster bisque home. The fries were insane. Just perfect. The lobster roll was packed with lobster and beyond tasty. We will be back! Just needs some music playing in the restaurant. :)
