Meal was good, but we were very disappointed to be there during the restaurant's renovation. We were offered seats in a nicer area, but the noise was overwhelming and the room was overcrowded. We chose to eat in what I assume was the pizzeria section. It was ok, but considering the prices, we had planned for nicer ambiance.

This was our second time coming to Romola's and it was just as great as our first visit. The menu was full of fresh fish options as well as steak / chicken entrees. The server was polite and attentive, but we never felt rushed. The shrimp and scallops over mushroom risotto was delicious as was the horseradish salmon. We will definitely be returning!

We were greeted at the door by the smiling hostess and shown to our table. Tables were neatly set and clean. We ordered off of the Prix-fixe menu, which included soup, main course and dessert. I had the New England clam chowder as an appetizer, the Horseradish salmon main course and Tiramisu for dessert. All were delicious and perfectly portioned out. My wife's dinner consisted of Lobster Bisque, Ahi Tuna with a sesame seed crust and Tiramisu for dessert. Again, nicely plated and delicious. Alcoholic beverages are not served there, however a liquor store is right next door and the restaurant will provide an ice bucket for your wine. all in all I highly recommend Romolas for their service and more importantly their delicious food.

most of us ate from the Restaurant Week menue which had a lot of good choices. Appetizers came quickly and the calamari from the regular menue was a huge portion. Easy to share. Service was polite and attentive. Would come again.

This was the second time I've used them to Cater a party at my house. The food was amazing , a Salmon dish, Veal Piccata, Chicken Parm, Eggplant Rolletini, Mushroom Risotto, a Full tray spinach salad, two freshly baked Foccia breads the size of a large Sicilian pizza. The price was fair for 40 people, they delivered right on time and actually came in and set it all up for us. We will not doubt continue to use them for catering our parties

The horseradish salmon dinner was great, too. Dessert choices looked lovely but no room for any today, Prices are a little steep and I would aim for the pre-fixe during the week since both of these dinners are on it.
I was surprised to be able to get a last minute reservation on Father's Day but I trusted the reviews and booked. The restaurant was largely empty which initially made me nervous. We were immediately seated and brought warm bread with delicious olive tapenade. Our wine bottles were immediately opened and the white wine was put on ice. Our server was kind and offered suggestions. The endive salad was underwhelming even though it sounded like it was going to be a flavor bomb. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were a little mealy, but the flavor was ok. By far, the star appetizer was the maple bacon! It was so so good. My fiancé and I wanted to order the cowboy ribeyes, but they were out, so he ordered the filet mignon and I ordered the prime rib. My prime rib was definitely tastier than my fiancé's filet mignon. The steak fries, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and creamed spinach sides were all tasty. I would return to Romola's, but not on a holiday, and not at the late hour of 7pm (this is likely why the cowboy ribeye steaks were not available.)

Came here on a Saturday night for my wife's birthday with 4 teenagers and had a great experience. Seafood and pasta dishes were excellent. My two sons both ordered the NY Strip and loved it. I've taken them to top notch steakhouses so they know their steak. It was cooked to perfection, well seasoned, nice char on outside and med-rare center. Service was excellent. Waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. They made substitutions to accommodate allergies at our table without any fuss. We've dined here once before. Both times we came because they had availability on a Saturday night when other restaurants in the area were fully booked. Went in a bit skeptical but were pleasantly surprised once again. Highly recommend giving Romola's a try. We will definitely be back.
