Had the worst experience here - the food took over 30 minutes for a to-go order, during which period there were no other customers in the restaurant and no other orders picked up. So i'm not sure why it took so long, wishful thinking they were taking their time making an excellent burger. Sad to report - it was inedible. When I kindly shared about my experience and asked them to consider a refund, they refused, such a disappointment for a small business to neglect their customers in this way. The staff did not even apologize or attempt to help. Will not be returning here and recommend others avoid it too!

My family and I tried it for the first time yesterday. Y’all, that Lincoln Continental is fantastic! Damien at the register was so very attentive to us and chatting with the owner Rico was a joy. We’ll definitely return to try the Waffle Continental - and get some more of those cheese fries.

The hostess's primary focus seemed to be elsewhere, leaving us feeling somewhat unattended to upon arrival. Despite this initial setback, we decided to dine in, hoping the positive aspects of the restaurant would shine through.Thankfully, the burgers did live up to their reputation. They were cooked perfectly, bursting with flavor, and paired well with the decent fries. The restaurant's atmosphere also deserves praise, creating a pleasant and memorable dining experience.However, it's difficult to overlook the shortcomings in service. Attentive and welcoming staff play a crucial role in shaping a positive dining experience, and in this aspect, Urban Burgers fell short. Came here with the fam and really enjoyed ourselves. It's a nice cozy place with good music, games, and great food. I've tried the Sriracha Honey chicken sandwich, the chili fries, the tots, the waffle chicken sandwich, & the biggie burger!! Must try if you're in the area. Looking forward to going back.

burger was good just wet..fries was dry and burntservice was the worst. got text saying it’s ready and person in front said no yours is not ready.. i was like then why do i get a text?additionally i book order in at 6 for pickup at 7:30.. yoy would think they plan it so that it’s ready with 1.5hrs “heads up”.. had to wait and finally had to put my feet down and said “look my order is suppose to be ready by 7:30… it’s 7:55 is it done?” …… she went to kitchen and pack them for me and pretty much hand it to me.. no sorry for the wait no sorry or anything..the experience is overpowering the taste of the burger itself and sadly i won’t be coming back.. especially if service still same..

The food is good but the timeliness of takeout pickup is truly horrible. App said food would be ready by 7:41 and it came out at 8:20. You’ve been warned.Addition comment responding to the owner who replied to me: I think the restaurant business is tough and I’m generally someone who doesn’t say anything if he has nothing nice to say, but this is NOT my first experience with slow takeout from your establishment, or even my second, because my kid likes your food. But it’s not happening again. I hope you can turn it around bc I don’t want to see any Cranford business fail, but you have a serious timeliness issue to address. Not a one night problem.
