This is an interesting little venue with very good Japanese food / sushi. It is not really a fusion but rather distinct menu items (sushi and French (?)). We only tried the sushi and other Japanese dishes and loved them. Service was good but the space is tight and seatings are limiting (6 or 8 pm) but definitely worth a trip.
One of the best restaurants in central Jersey. I highly recommend securing a reservation. We had reservations for the 6pm time slot on a Saturday and were seated right away. Not soon after, every table and seat was full. Service is polite and attentive. Loved how diverse and interesting the menu was. This is the first time I have eaten off-menu cuisine in the United States since I came from Taiwan. The food is exquisite and the chef carefully prepares it. The food is labor-intensive. I really have no regrets after eating it!
