I was denied service. It was lunch time at a bbq with no customers at lunch time with tables that all had white fabric napkins. I am a hard working construction worker and front and lie. An employee had to ask his boss if a co-worker and a friend could eat there and he said no..... they had no business during lunch?

Food was good. Service was fine but one of the guys young kid wasn't really treating me that well he's an employee basically I forgot to pay for something so he came out of the store young 15-year-old kid and start screaming at me calling me names cursing at me, I can't even see the words he was saying, and he lied to me that he was the owner son that's beside the point I was really mad at him but I still paid. I saw him again like 20 minutes after I say something to him and so he worked there and he started pushing me shoving me and I did not fight back because I want him to get in trouble and get fired. I go over to the cashier and tell him to talk to the owner and try to get him fired because what he did to me wasn't normal

Shoutout Jason, Ani, Aron Hasbani and Moshe Halawani but not nildo sorry. Great food, great waiters. Service may be a bit slow but then again you aren't the one dashing to fulfill people's orders. All around great kosher BBQ restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Kosher

the food was tasty but everything is sticky and I had to go the the bathroom after my food it is very cheap but the food is great.Highly recommended if there is a bathroom near you.

I used to love going to Dougies growing up, the food was always great, a fun atmosphere and overall it was just exciting. We visited on mothers day and from the moment we stepped in everything was off. We sat at the table and within 2 minutes were asked to order before even being able to look at the menu, when we informed the waiter he seemed annoyed that we didn't know yet. Once we did finally order he was just confused by everything and didn't quite understand what we were ordering. The blooming onion came out very bland, then once our main dishes were brought out and the side of corn on the cob rolled on the floor as the server brought it to our table and she didn't seem to care or notice. We called the waiter over to tell him and he said he'd bring a new one out. Once we get the bill which was on his phone and not even a print out, we see we were charged for the corn two times when it wasn't ever supposed to be a charge since it was the side dish for our entrée. After having to argue with the staff they finally made it sound like they were being nice when they removed it even though we should have never been charged.Honestly just an overall horrible experience, food was ok, will not be returning again.
