The food that was delivered to me was terrible. The chicken parm was over cooked till it was dry and had no flavor and also very tough. Hardly any sauce. Garlic bread was dry and very little garlic, also the quesadia dry. Horrible experience there was nothing that was worth anything.

To start off, i want to touch on how great the service is. I mistakenly placed an order here on slice, and did not realize it until 10 minutes past. It was only a large pizza and side of fries. I called Slice to see what i could do, and the restaurant ended up giving me a full refund despite making the order. Honestly, they did not have to do that, but this does show the level of customer service they provide.For the food, they have a huge menu and everything I’ve tried here is pretty good. I’ve gotten the pizza, buff chicken cheesesteak, and cheesesteak so far and all of them have been flavorful. Planning to try their wings next.Food + customer service gives this 5 stars. Honestly, even if they did not honor a refund, this place would still get my business and a 5 star rating.

The French fries were soggy . Not very crispy. Cheese on the side was hot . Asked for barbecue sauce for chicken fingers which were very tasty and good but got honey mustard. Had a salad with crispy chicken . The salad was a generous portion .It feed two adults.

I had always had great experiences with this restaurant in the past. Last night I decided to order chicken francaise for my toddler and I to share. I ended up having to throw the entire tray of food into the trash and we ate cereal for dinner. The chicken was so hard and rubbery that even the dog found difficulty chewing it when I tossed a piece his way. The sauce was oily and bland. I tasted no butter or lemon, just oil. The soup of the day (cream of chicken) was congealed. $17.95 that I will never get back. If I can say one good thing about the place it’s that the staff is friendly. I hate leaving these kinds of reviews, but I would be remiss if I didn’t warn others to steer clear of the food. Or at least the chicken.
Just want to say you pay for quality and the food was quality and well worth the price and the train ride from Alabama. Portions are good and are filling. Given a chance would eat again Bella's was recommended and did not disappoint. I had the philly burger and potatoe skins, and my gal and the one who recommended had the boneless barbecue wings with the cheese fries I tried it all and recommend the same.

Good food, not the best bit better than most. Service is okay, but make sure you have all the items in your order before you leave. The also charge 10% for using your credit or debit card so bringing cash is a good idea.
