My 1ST time to this location and I have had their food in the past ( about 21 years ago). I was very disappointed in the taste and the price for 3 items. I will say the hostesses was friendly and although she told the cook " cocinar" the 1 butterfly stuffed shrimp ? $5.49 and the 1 coconut shrimp $4.99 I am not sure it was done all the way.I hadn't eaten all day and it was before 5 when I went ,but after I ate the fried food I felt so nauseous I was in bed by 7 that night ? .The mixed vegetables were good with breadcrumbs and worth the price of $6.00.I wish it wasn't" a la cart "when it came to having a salmon platter or a dinner meal.Salmon alone is $11.99 . I don't like how it sits out 1/2 cooked and then they would finish cooking it fully,?I had wanted to have salmon mashed potatoes and spinach as a meal ,but you can't switch it up like that.Maybe I should have just gotten crab cakes to start out ??I've gotten better tasting food for a cheaper price and a lot more than what I got here .I'm not sure if I will return ?? I remembered it being more tasteful and getting larger portions for the price .

Wow, I've never experienced customer service like this! Ordered a fried flounder from the menu posted in the store on the wall that stated the price was $16.99. I was charged $22.80 at the register. When I pointed out the sign says $16.99, the clerk responded the sign is wrong. I then asked to have it taken off my order and she said it was too late since it has already been deep fried. I called the manager and her response to me was that the sign was wrong, it should say "Market prices", and if you have been coming here for lunch you should have known our prices increasing. Never had a chance to try it out until today.Most complaints are typically geared towards their hours- this isn’t a restaurant per say but a fine deli. Usually their hours are until 6pm, they do take phone orders, so if you can get there before 6 it’s definitely worth it.Now to the food….Crab Cakes - their specialty, their fame.. absolutely delicious, fresh crab meat , no fishy taste or odor ?. Generous heaping of crab meat, fried fresh ate within minutes. You really can’t compare these to frozen ones, as those are usually filled with bread.Stuffed chicken was delicious, nice crisp, not as much chicken but good mix of stuffing of veggies spinach, artichoke , the side gravy definitely enhances the flavor.Mac n cheese was good creamy , great add-on to my lunch meal.Most Food is cold and raw , they will fry and heat food on your behalf, but this can take 10-15 minutes. Keep that in mind if your on a tight schedule, order ahead.Staff was absolutely friendly, definitely hard workers, giving the brand a positive view!Place was very clean and well kept.Only knock will be Diet Coke tasted like seltzer, wish they were on top of the fountain machines!

So I come in for lunch as always A today was the Worse experience I ever had here. I order my lunch for work not only was my crab cakes over cook n slightly burnt. My fish was barely cook. The Mac n cheese cold a the attitude n reply back from this EMILY person and s UNCALL FOR!! Where is the other girl that’s always there. I think SHALYNN? She is wayyyyy friendlier n the most pleasant person to get ya food from. BRING HERE BACK N GET RID OF EMILY. I WILL NOT BE BACK I DONT PAY FOR RUDENESS!!!!

My problem was that whatever girl that was the taking orders spot when I went there needs to be trained on how todo her job / customer service again.So I order over the phone at 3:30p 3 pieces of fish. (That's it! No sides no meal. Just 3 fried fish) lady said it be ready In 20 mins. I get to bobby chez at 4:50p. There was a line to the door. I wait in line and it took 20-30mins to get to the front of it. I tell the girl I'm picking up for my name since she asked what name. She tells me it's not ready. I look at my phone for the time and its 4:20p I looked at her confused and said what do you mean it's not ready . She says "it's not ready " I said I ordered this over an hr ago what are you guys going to the Atlantic city ocean to go get it. She said "we are very busy today so your just going have to wait." I said so when is it going to be ready bcus I just standed in this line for 30 mins for food I ordered 1.5hrs ago. The girl try to take the next customer but I said no um excuse me lil girl. You need to explain why my food is not ready or get your manager or something because this is unacceptable. The girl act like I was being a rude customer but come to find out the other girl that was supposedly training at the register was doing a better job than the girl that was handling me because she over heard that I just ordered 3 pieces of fish and said "oh that was done over an hour ago"I looked at the girl that try to say my food wasn't ready and said oh it's not ready yet huh!. So the mystery as to why I was told my food was not ready yet it was sitting right on top of the shelf is mind blowing. It was that moment I did go off in bobby chez but not a single staff or customer said anything and let me rant because EVERYONE witness how I was told over 4 times my food was not ready and how the girl just tried to by pass helping me and went to the next customer since the she was telling me my order was not ready when MY ORDER WAS SITTING ON THE SHELF.Made me late to work for this foolishness.Nobody even apologized.. they just rung me up quietly because they knew they was in the wrong .She probably does not even work there anymore but because of that experience..I no longer will order or set foot in there.Literally unfuckingg believable.

I stopped by for lunch today. The food was very good. The atmosphere is more liking to a take-out place. There are booths and tables but the place is very untidy. The floor had not been sweeped. The fountain drinks were flat and there was no ice. My food came in a to go container. When I order I did specify dinning in. The staff spent the entire time I was there on a facetime video chat with someone while at the front counter. I heard most of their personal conversations.I will not be returning to this location there are to many other options.

I stop here often when I don't have time to cook. I've never been disappointed. Friendly staff and reasonable prices when it comes to the single serving portion meals. One of my favorites are the clam strips. Occasionally something is sold out if I get there too late in the afternoon. I've learned to try and arrive a bit earlier so that I have the best choices.
