The hours on Google and the App are completely incorrect. We went last night (04/07) around 10 pm (because everything says they close at Midnight) and not a single soul was there. The app allowed my purchase to go through and when we got there, it was completely dark. They never seem to be open at night past 7. Luckily, my refund came back immediately but my points which I used did not come back. Completely unreliable business.

11/16/23 at 6:37pm. We got a manager at the drive through and she was a QUEEN! She was so polite, patient and legit got the order 100% right. She even reconfigured the order to save us $$$! I told my daughter to ask her name so i could reference here but she forgot. THIS WOMEN DESERVES A RAISE.

Tonight I went to Wendy's and waited pretty long time in the drive thru for food. The fries were way over salted. The oil for the fryer surely wasn't hot enough as all the oil sat in my nuggets and fries. I paid 35 dollars for the worst fast food I've had in awhile. I will never go back to this Wendy's again.

I tried the pumpkin spice frosty for the first time. It wasn't really my favorite, I prefer the chocolate. Everything else was tasty, as always.

Place could use alil somethingin the atmosphere department. Not very welcoming, quiet, and not like worjers greet you, lol..,added tvs or even talk radio something for background noise so we dont gear the drive in/cashiers.. One TV was on , but just need to feel like actually staying there to eat there if that makes sense. Food was wrong lol I only ordered a cheese burger. Wasn't very hungry, just a plain cheese burger. Was wrong, had everything on it (I just ate the gd thing, but really, simple order was wrong), and my mother got a salad and was given the wrong stuff for it. But I did get that fixed. They need to just pay attention , I get it . It's work, but some ppl need to eat to take medication. Whatever reason, they may need to sit in and eat. Would be nice to sit and feel welcomed with the right order is all. Sry just being honest ..

I went in and ordered food. I ordered 24 fours and a four piece spicy nugget on the side for one. The guy that was on the intercom told me that the prices on the menu when there clearly wasn’t a price for nuggets on the menu then he hands me my food. I drive away and he gives me spicy nugget that are not cooked. This is the worst service and I will not be back.

I stopped for lunch at Wendy's, I ordered the biggie bag, as soon as I pulled out onto route 130 I got rear-ended and my nuggets fries and drink went everywhere onto the floor of my car !! So I called Wendy's to see if they can help me out and remake my meal and they told me no which is very understandable.. but when they told me over the phone that me getting into an accident is not their problem ?? very unprofessional and I don't think I'll be stopping at Wendy's anytime soon .
