Jersey Mike's was a true "road trip culinary companion" on a recent visit from Georgia to my ailing - but recovering - brother in New Jersey. I picked up a couple of #5 regulars (Cornelia, GA location) for the initial trek and they were fine dinners in Virginia and Pennsylvania. Then while visiting and laughing with Big Brother in NJ we created an "indoor picnic" with two of my sisters joining. Our selections included a tuna regular w/lettuce and tomato (shared), a #6 plain (mayo added at home), a #5 regular Mike's (as in all the) Way and my #5 regular with peppers and pickles. The subs were terrific; the atmosphere replete with lots of good cheer. To round out JM's omnipresence I snagged a #5 for the return trip. Stops in VA and TN. Honorable mention must be extended to the Team at the East Hanover location. They were as refreshingly cheerful as the fresh ingredients. Jersey Mike's had a starring role in what was a fun and emotional trip. Will be there again...no SUBstitute will do!

The best that can be said was it was clean. Regular not great subs. They even ran out of onions... wouldn't take the minutes to slice a few. The price was unbelievable. A 4 inch mini was $8 bucks . I will not go back.

Ordered through DoorDash and Jersey Mike in Denville completely missed a whole item. How hard is it to get an order right? 3 items but 1 is completely missing. Now my wife has to wait another 40 min for her food, from somewhere else obviously since this place can’t complete an order, while mine gets soggy. Thankfully I can order from another Jersey Mike.

Never going back here!!! I order in advance and always ask for EXTRA oil and vinegar. Crazy because three times and all times no oil or vinegar on the sandwich. This is not a hard request.
I would give a zero, if I could. They stole my money and continue to have issues giving it back. I had a bad experience when all 3 of my sandwiches were wrong. The management made a bunch of excuses and finally decided to refund my money. Instead, he charged my account. This has been going on for 2 weeks. He finally refunded me for the accidental charge and it wasn't enough money. Not to mention they still owe me the refund from my original order. Ive had to get customer service involved multiple times as he refused to respond to me when I originally reached out. The entire management team at this location is rude and incompetent. I may have to get my credit card company and police involved if this isn't resolved immediately. Don't go to the location!!! You've been warned!!

This was our first time at this Jersey Mike's location. Picked up sandwiches for the family and everyone thought they were very good. The college guys working here were excellent. Very friendly and made our sandwiches just as we asked for. My wife and I had the #11 which is off the "secret menu"...it's not listed on the board, but everyone knows it. Will definitely be back!

Reliable sub joint. If you get it Mike’s way, you should be eating it in 10 minutes or less, otherwise soggy-city. Best to get the oil, vinegar and mayo on the side.Order ahead for convenience. Lunch rush can be crazy

I drive out of my way to come here. This is the best Jersey Mike's Sub shop in Morris County, probably even in all of NJ! Execution of the right ingredients ratio, food is always fresh and everyone is friendly. No matter what the day or time is - all shifts. The manager is a caring person as well and you can see his influence on the team.
