$5.90 gets you a Large Wonton Soup. Guy on phone did not come across as friendly and was the same upon order pick up. Wonton were average at best . The broth has zero flavor with no straps of beef. Drove by this place a million times, will continue with that strategy. No reason to stop again.

Just received our cold food while waiting 2 hours (no joke) ordered at 5 pm latest arrival 628 food arrived at 702 with rude driver who asked if I realized I put $1.88 tip on the order. I replied "no I didn't. Thought I put $4. He was standing at the door looking at me like I should hand him money. I need to put gas in my car .. He said I won't be able to deliver here anymore ! My response well we waited 2 hours so we won't be requesting your delivery anymore anyways .. who even does that?! Questions a tip.. I didn't have to give him anything and he should've given me my $1.88 tip back for being so rude!!!

Not feeling well and my my usual place was closed so I figured I’d give this one a shot as everyone seems to rave about it. The gentleman who answered the phone Reused deliver to Rockaway unless I placed a $50 order. I live minutes from there and would have tipped generously. 0/5.

Food was decent enough, but I’ll never go back here. Guy behind the counter was probably the most miserable person I’ve ever dealt with in a restaurant. Buddy - you serve mid Chinese food of which there are tons of other options in the area. At least pretend you care people are spending their $ in your establishment.

Great food! For our family and guest New Years Eve dinner from King's Palace was absolutely a hit.We spent $201.00 for a wide variety of food w/o beverages for take out..Not one single issue... We tried this place a couple of weeks prior as a test since all year long we didn't have good experiences at some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area including Hunan Taste TAKE OUT.(inside very good). As hectic & busy as they were, the owner of King's Palace was very pleasant and helpful.

Horrible service. Placed an Order for delivery and called an hour later. Claimed he tried calling but never did. He said I ordered a lunch special and needed to change. He put the phone down so he could ring up customers in the store and made me wait at least 5 minutes on hold. Another man picked up and said we don't deliver, we cancelled your order. I asked why he waited so long and he yelled we don't don't deliver. I said you've delivered before we order all the time. He said oh well, told him they lost us as customers and he said ok. Horrible customer service!!!

The fried rice was hard and over cooked, same with all the other dishes, plus it didn't taste fresh.I personally was not happy with their food. To be fair though, I only tried 4 different things they may have other dishes that may be better, but I don't know. I don't know if I would try it again either. I did spend 30 dollars on the food.
