Read the reviews and almost didn't come in, but I was really in the mood for Moe's queso. So, I gave ema shot. Service was very friendly, portions were great, way more chips than I could eat. The bathrooms were very clean as was the rest of the establishment. If you have bailed on this location in the past, maybe give em another shot.

what an embarrassment. The situation is, first off I'm not a manager but it doesn't seem like a manager/owner has a good sense of customer service at all. All the portion of the food was so small portion that our family had to go out to eat again. When we ask them to put more the owner says I will charge extra for everything after whatever he puts in, but to make matters worse the manager/owner decides to grab the scraps out of the almost empty vegetable bin and put them on my bowl. He then proceeded down the line did the next food choice, I looked at him & he looked at me. He knew it was not enough so when I asked, he then said you want extra insinuating I'm going to get charged instead of arguing I just kept going on. What a shame, is what it comes down to, It may sound greedy but it was more embarrassing to have to ask for a little extra veggie...I don't eat meat but all the veggies were not fresh at all, I much prefer Chipotle or Qdoba they at least give you the meal for what you have paid for.The establishment was dirty, food was not at all fresh, and extremely small quantities.Please CORPATE MOES....CLOSE THE MOES in DENVILLE. It's an embarrassment to your franchisee.I am never ordering from this location.

Even though this Moes is closer to home I will also be going to the Florham Park Moes. On Feb 11, 2023 my family and I decided to go to Moes for my birthday dinner. I had a $5 reward to use for purchasing Christmas gift cards and also received a free burrito birthday reward. After our 4 meals were rung up I attempted to use both these rewards. I was told that the computer would not process both rewards so I asked if they could ring up the orders separately. They attempted to use my birthday coupon on the burrito after my family's meals were paid but couldn't because the computer would not allow me to use 2 rewards in a day. The rude worker told to come back some other time to use my birthday meal. My favorite is Quesada but thought I would try a burrito since it was offered free. Since they were making me pay for my birthday meal I asked if I could have a chicken Quesada. The food preparer told me NO, I already made you a meal. I couldn't believe that they preferred to through the burrito in the garbage then give it to me as a birthday meal since their faulty computer system didn't allow me to use a $5 reward on my families meals and a birthday meal for myself. We also ran into an issue with this place in the past when for a catering order which the web site allowed us to place for a Sunday when this place is not opened on Sunday. The person who we spoke to about this issue was not very pleasant or apologetic. I had to call them a couple times about my refund which took over a month. We realized that this place was closed on Sundays the day before our party. The Florham Park Moes was very accommodating. Their food and chips seemed to taste better and fresher.

First time visited. I was pleasantly surprised after only having Chipotle. To start I didn’t feel rushed like in an assembly line. The young lady who helped me last night (Tuesday) was pleasant and made by burritos perfectly and was not stingy. They also gave me free chips which was a pleasant surprise. Wish I knew servers name to shout her out. Will be back. Oh and was delicious with option for white meat.
Ordered online paid for delivery + driver tip and order was wrong. Had to drive to the store to have them fix it and the girl was trying to tell me I was wrong. Didn’t offer any sort of refund or gift card for messing up 2 of 3 items in the order. Chipotle > Moes

First let me say the food is fresh and tasty the place is very well kept and clean and that's always good as a health code inspector you need to know your surrounding when you're eating out..The young men who made my tacos was very friendly very nice and patient but unfortunately I was asking for ranch sauce and not the salsa sauce and he must not have heard me and said they were over by the table when I went to the table they were only salsa sauce not the ranch sauce so I went back to the counter and asked for a ranch sauce and the older Indian gentleman said oh you have to pay extra I said okay no problem I will pay then he made a fuss about it and said well I can't give it to you now cuz you already paying I said I don't mind paying for it again apparently he must have felt bad about the situation he slammed they half a cup of French sauce on the counter and said here you go and I think that was very rude I will not be eating at this establishment again because of that type of behavior over some simple wrench cup of sauce that could have just been given to me and I could have paid for it.

Outstanding!!! Sema the Mgr. Is very professional helpful and kind. She graciously accommodated me for a delivery driver error. Her point of view was she'd rather lose a small sale rather than lose a lifetime customer. Outstanding customer service!!

I’ve been to this Moe’s and a few others. I kinda know what to expect. Roughly $10 for a burrito, a couple of dollars more for a drink.Tonight my wife and ate a burrito and a “bowl”and two drinks. I asked for guac and queso on my burrito and an extra bowl of queso for my chips. The bill came to $40 without a gratuity. Holy cow!!! Really?? If I knew it would be this much I would have eaten at Riviera Maya just down the street!!The food is still good, but be careful with the extras. It really adds up. (The extra bowl of queso for the chips was $5.50 for a bowl the size of the palm of your hand. Does that sound right??)

We had such a great time here! Trivia with Justin C. was awesome! And the Guac was SO Fresh! The chips were warm and fresh and the perfect amount of saltiness. Highly recommend this spot!
