So disappointed. I have been here before and the food is great. We had a 630 reservation for tonight (Saturday). Arrived on time and was told it was a short wait they needed to clean the table. Ok that's acceptable. We were still waiting 25 minutes later and asked again when our table would be ready. We were now told they were 40 minutes behind even with a reservation!!! Unacceptable!!! And you are forced to valet park or park a 1/2 mile away and walk. It's a shame because food is wonderful but we had a reservation another day and was forced to wait a half hour. Why have reservations if they're not honored???Parking: Terrible

My first visit to Sogo proved to be a delightful experience. Our server, Alisa, was exceptional—her sweetness, attentiveness, and vibrant personality truly enhanced our dining experience.As for the culinary delights, the vegetarian selections were plentiful and artfully presented. The Panna water, served in a large bottle, offered a refreshing rather than plain old chlorine water. Our choices included the adadashi tofu, a savory veg fried rice enriched with tofu, a zesty Pad Thai accompanied by tofu, a spicy assortment of mixed vegetable sushi, and a comforting bowl of miso soup.The prospect of returning to Sogo is a must; I was thoroughly charmed by the entire experience. Moreover, the value for money was extraordinary. Love it ?Vegetarian options: Lot of vegetarian option and some stuff can be tailored for vegetarians. Very happy with the choices

Arriving staff extremely kind, and helpful. Makes it super welcoming!!!! Hibachi cook was great!!!! Celebrated my kids 8th bday and she enjoyed it!!!! So did my son. However. Staff helping with order not knowledgeable or not around to take our drinks when needed for refills , had to ask for him a few times. Overall great experience would return but hope staffing is better and more available for any customer

My first experience at Sogo. I couldn't get a person on the phone, called 3 times, unable to make a reservation. The place was an absolute zoo. 25+ people waiting in the bar/walk way area waiting for a table. Bar tender asked a hostess for a table for us for sushi, confirmed 30mins. Had a drink at the bar, checked on reservation to then be told we would have to wait 90mins ? The hostess never logged the reservation request!!!!!!The manager gave apologies and so the first experience of SOGO was sat at a high top table in the small bar area, absolutely freezing cold with the other tables occupied by guests waiting on a table. Sushi was good but nothing special. The Manager and the bartender Brian were excellent and did their best to make it a positive experience with what was possible and in their control. I won't return again.
amazing service in the lounge by our servers liv and logan! food was amazing and came out in less then 10 minutes. very filling and worth the money. the managers and hosts are amazing and very friendly faces to see when i walk in. valet was perfect tonight did a very good job!! perfect restaurant highly recommend!!!
