Took my kids here. I thought they were closed at first. Lights off/super dim. Tables and chairs all corralled together. Opened the door and went inside. Eventually someone came out from the back. 1/3 of the ice cream machines were out of order. The employee acted like it was a bother that we were there. 2 more people came out of the back and they just all talked and gossiped while we chose our flavors. If I had to put it in a sentence I would say this is where ice cream goes to die. I was extremely underwhelmed and will likely just stick to the likes of Denville dairy and cold stone in the future.

We used to love this place. We keep trying to get ice cream from here every other weekend but always end up leaving without any. They always have about 5-6 machines empty and always the same typical flavors. They don’t carry any of the new Yogurtland flavors featured in the app and it’s just disappointing. It’s always the same flavors 3 chocolates. 1 strawberry. Tart and vanilla.

This place was a gem back in the day. I think there was 3 machines down? 6 flavors total missing? Tons of common toppings missing such as Cookie Dough Bites, etc. As I was paying, it was 8:40 and the gentleman working was like “stop coming in” to the customer that entered. We’ve all been there when its late, but put on a smile and act like you want to be there especially when you are getting paid. Not a very friendly fun atmosphere like it used to be.

I just left yogurt land with no frozen yogurt. We entered the store and we’re instructed to put on gloves and grab a cup. the employee then went into the back. there were not enough gloves left so we patiently waited. I said excuse me multiple times and no one came out. We could hear the employees laughing and could see them dancing and hitting a vape. The two girls were in the back maskless and not helping their customers. We left after 10 minutes when no one came to help us. The two girls were working at 7:45 on Friday May 14th.

Ava was very exquisite when she was putting on my toppings. She also fixed the machine for me when it unexpectedly broke while I was trying to get my fro yo

Barely any flavors & the gentleman was just too serious. Didn’t feel like a “fun” experience and the flavors were not much of variety. The precautions being taken are great though.

So glad they are open in the winter. They don't close like other seasonal ice cream stores. They are very clean. I've sign up for groupon cashback so bonus value there

Great toppings from fruits like mango, lychee to the healthy stuff like oatmeal and nuts to the cheesecake bites and candy bits to help augment your basic yogurt. Usually a choice of 6-8 yogurt flavors and final cost decided by the weight of your cup!

I skipped out on going to Yogurt Land based upon phone customer service, store picked up with the cashiers name not the name of the business, when asked if they were open again, they said Yea were open. I would have driven 45 minutes to my former favorite yogurt spot. From someone who works escalations for retail, I know what to expect, if phone skills are not right the rest of the transaction wouldn't have been.

Delish! Perfect on a hot & muggy July Day! Perfect in terms of following the Covid19 store guidelines- everyone sanitizes their hands - then puts on gloves as they go thru the froyo machines choices - toppings are all behind a cover and the store associates assist you with those - great set up for the current environment

Maaaaaan this place used to be lit. I love having almost the entire selection taken away and then wrapped in saran wrap like a 3 day old tuna sandwich you forgot in your offices fridge

I live right in the neighborhood so this place is kind of a no brainer for me. They switch up the flavors pretty often and while the ingredients aren't the freshest I've seen and I'm pretty sure they purchase generic brand cookie toppings, I won't judge. It hits the spot every time and the kids they hire are friendly. They're definitely doing the best they can in response to covid. They have you fill your own cups with yogurt and then you hand over your cup to the person behind the counter and you ask them to fill your cup with whatever toppings your little heart desires. They're all wearing gloves and are constantly cleaning the store.
