I normally only go to this Arby’s because the Arby’s in Turnersville on the Blackhorse Pike is so awful.But yesterday wasn’t the greatest either. My dining in order came in a paper bag which I had a rip open and layout on the table like a homeless person because I did not get a tray. None of the napkin dispensers had napkins in them, half of the sauces were unavailable, the one sauce container had dried up disgusting looking sauce hanging off of it so I didn’t want to try that one. My sandwich was thrown together and dripping wet the entire time I was eating it. Fries were good. Even with all of this, this Arby’s is still better than the one in Turnersville. They closed the Arby’s in Absecon and Vineland which were far better than this location and Turnersville?4/14/2024

This Arbys gave my boyfriend and I FOOD POISONING !! We each had the classic roast beef sandwiches! I had one and he had two!! My food poisoning began and ended on Sunday evening (2/18) and it was extremely mild, only an upset stomach and bathroom issues, and I am completely fine today. My boyfriend’s food poisoning symptoms began on Monday 2/19 and he was physically ill, joint pain, bathroom and stomach issues, and he couldn’t keep any liquids down! This continued for him all night last night (2/19) and today on Tuesday (2/20) he is finally able to keep liquids down and he feels just overall tired but is slowly improving! We ate at this Arbys on Sunday (2/18) and we will NOT be returning!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting ?. Do better Arbys, and no thanks to you for giving us FOOD POISONING!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Noting matters, all I care about is the bathroom. Welcome back to bathroom reviews with Chase. Starting, the place was pretty dirty and not aesthetically pleasing -2 points. Next, it was a push door so you do mo tube to touch it with your freshly washed hands +.5 point. Well that was the one good thing no it is downhill. Sink was ok at best bad stream of water bad soap dispenser, and nothing was automatic -1 point. One urinal and one stall aka not enough -1 point. The stall door was connected to the wall on both sides, thing looked like a janitors closet -1 point. There was not even a urinal cake in the urinal along with pee lingering in both the toilet and urinal -2 points. Paper towel dispenser you had to crank to get them out causing you touch things after washing hands -1 points. All in all, the bathroom was a 2.5 AND ON A GOOD DAY.

They gave me someone else's mozzarella sticks and asked for them back and I got home and my fried Mac and cheese was missing so I lost $3.50 worth of food. The app doesn't let you stay signed in then it keeps closing when you try to log in so I didn't even get any offers to offset the missing food. They also put cheese on items I ordered specifically without cheese due to a dairy allergy. I really wish there was another location near me.
