This Deptford location was SUPER DIRTY inside for a food establishment. I'm most disappointed in them for having food strewn all over their eating tables and on the floor. It was totally a pig pen. Where is management?? Do they even care? I didn't order anything to eat. The gal I was with did because she was hungry after the gym. Upper management, you need to pop up in this place on the weekend. The board of health should citation this place for a nasty eating atmosphere. Every single table had steak bits, lettuce, shredded cheese, corn, guacamole, etc. And also beneath the tables. This place gets two thumbs down. Deptford Chipotle, you GOTTA do better. None of the staff even seemed to give a damn either. What a shame. I had to write this review because it was THAT bad!

Extremely disappointed with the service. First, half of my bowl was made and then sat there for about 5 minutes while waiting for one of the 10 employees to finally come back and continue. When a short female employee came to finish my bowl, her attitude was awful. She seemed to get annoyed when I asked her to put salsa and sour cream in side cups. She proceeded to practically throw them towards the register and kept saying “what else” in an annoyed and disrespectful tone. I contemplated sitting down and eating there until I saw how dirty the tables were as well as the drink and utensil station. Overall experience was bad especially the customer service. Employees barely talk to you and when they do it’s usually with an attitude.

Tired of the picking and choosing to be open or to be online orders only. I’ve walked away from this location multiple times. Are you short staffed or under managed. Update:few years later and this place still stinks. Cold food, long wait for online orders, small portions, burnt chips, employees with bad attitudes. I waited in line to order. When I asked for a salad bowl. I got the rice and beans. Then my food sat on a dirty line. With employees reaching over it. To service other customers. When I finally reached the end. I was told there is no salad.I asked for a manager. I told hime the exact thing. He laugh and said. I don't know what to tell you.Deptford location 7:30 3/17/24

It would probably make more sense to have a designated pick up spot than to have people wait in line then get told to squeeze past others ahead of them to the front to just stand there waiting randomly for workers who are preoccupied doing other things to notice a customer having to jump the line. If Panera next door can have a designated area why can't you? It's just awkward & makes no sense here. They weren't too busy blasting Lil Baby on their phones tho.

What's with all the massive sodium content?? It felt like I was eating a bowl of textured salt. Chipotle trying to hurt people or what ? Salt is know as the silent killer. I can't do this place anymore. Sorry.
Every time we try to go here there's some sort of issue, whether it's rude and terrible service, no food over 3 hours before close. Today they were taking cash only. It's ridiculous and I'm done trying to give them another chance. Get it together.

I was there with my kid. We go there often, mostly whenever I go this store always have about more than 6 to 7 employees as it is a busy place. This past week I went all the table were dirty, while employees didn't care, busy talking with eachother not attending customers right. Even the food prep area was so dirty, I haven't seen dirty food area like this at any place. I ordered a bowl, the worker girl don't know her name just filled white rice, the brown rice bin was empty without telling me they were out with brown rice she just filled the bowl with white rice. I told you don't have brown rice, she just shoot her head. I said you should let me know and ask If I want white rice or no. She didn't answer anything but shower me very baf attitude. I said cancel my order please. She has very very bad attitude everytime we go there.People spend their hard earned money and go there coz they like the food there while employees like them don't care. Very nasty kept food place with lots off employees to work for not doing their job atall.Rather then opening more and more locations maintain the ones which are already opened.

I ordered from door dash from this Chipotle and I’ll never make that mistake again. I ordered a bowl and a burrito, both with 6+ toppings and look at the pictures. WHAT IS THAT??!? the burrito had no meat and was missing everything except sour cream and beans and rice and they added lettuce that I didn’t even ask for… no meat, no salsa, no corn, no cheese. I had to order from Taco Bell and that order was actually correct which is embarrassing. So unprofessional and poorly managed. Don’t order delivery and if you order pick up, CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!!!
