What I will say is I haven't been to an Chuck cheese since I was an kid when i was in Rhode island over 30 + year's ago& It was special today trip because we were celebrating my cousin birthday party & it was my son first time there & to be an kid then take my kid there made it very specialI would say definitely book your kids party there everyone & everything there was A+ 100% good

I give it three stars because they should update the profile on Google. I traveled an hour to this place just for the puppets but they no longer exist. What they have is a TV screen and because the prices have gone up incredibly for the food and the points but there are no nothing new about the prizes and they are expensive and have fewer attractions every day. The food took 40 minutes.

The worst place to take your kids. The food is nasty and wayyyyy too expensive. The staff are ignorant. You gotta spend 100$ to win a taffy. I spent 70$ for a pizza and wings with a soda. I dont recommend this place to anybody.

Pizza has always been decent but I must rave that this Deptford location is always clean and a good time for my 3 year old. She loves it so much. It’s never packed and easy for her to do all the things and the owner or boss I’m not sure of his role or name but he is very nice and

Having a birthday party at chuck cheese's? We all know what you are signing up for, but if you happen to select THIS particular chucke cheese? Well, the failure at this location goes far beyond your typical chucke cheese experience. Prepare to be embarrassed that you invited people to your party. At one point i felt like we were on punked or something, because I have never seen a group of people try so hard to do everything so completely wrong. Dont get me wrong, i love chucke cheese and have had many parties at chucke cheese. However, let me explain why exactly i feel this particular chuckie cheese is just a little bit closer to hell then the rest of them. So first thing, they have 4 Bday parties taking place simotaneously with spacing similar to a high school cafeteria. They give you cards that give unlimited video games for 2 hours. Great idea, but they had 3 times as many kids in that arcade than video games. So playing these games was pretty difficult. No big deal, but they call the 20 4-5 year olds back to the table for cake/chucke time.. But where is chuck? For around an hour they are hinting that chucke cheese is almost here, so these 20 kids with their game passes lose 1 hour of gameplay waiting for this actor. (Guess this is how they handle too many kids and not enough games?) He arrives, and because he was so late, it was decided by these hostesses, that all 4 parties are going to get their personal experience at the same time. They do one big happy birthday song for all 4 parties at the same time (inject your kids name). I am not sure what was up with this chuck, but he was basically being held up by the hostesses and walked around, i suspect it may have been a weekend at bernies situtation. Then apparently an issue in the kitchen and our dessert wasnt ready on time. I thought they would have given this to us after the chucke cheese being so late. But no, they told us they need 15 minutes to clean up the table prior to the next group arriving, so we have to move everything to a different table. I mean who better to pay for their mistakes than the individual who is paying for this experience (in so many ways). It doesnt stop here, the hostess demands we settle the check immediately (prior to opening presents or eating the dessert), stating she does not have the time to come back after we are finished. However, what she did have time for... After the check was paid, She demands my wife to GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW ON THE EMAIL WE RECEIVED FROM THE CHUCKE CHEESE SYSTEM. She actually stood there over my wife's shoulder helping her write the review, holding my daughters tickets ransom until this was completed. Im writing this review because of the "another day at the office" style that all of this mess was served up. I would say they looked almost like they were proud of the work they had done. I need to make it perfectly clear, that this is unacceptable. When you overbook your little event space, the fallout cannot filter down to your guests. Because your guests will in turn write reviews like these. Your version of service is a complete disgrace, and having inviting people to your establishment brings shame upon myself and embarrasement to my family. I am in the process of contacting this service my wife was sequestered to give you a good review on to inform them of the tactics you employ when these reviews are being written. To anyone planning a party here, i know you are fully aware of what a chucke cheese party is. However, it can get worse. This particular location can definately assist with this. However, the pizza was pretty good.
