“This particular dunkin' donuts has always been run by really friendly staff. The quality of the food is really a lot better than most of them in the area and I always favor this location. Either way the staff here are super sociable and I never mind tipping when I order from here.To keep things honest - the only thing I might say negative about this location is: every once in a while there's a slight off taste with stuff like tater tots, as if maybe something got burned earlier in the day and it's still working its way out but it's incredibly rare and not something I'd take a star for because it's really that infrequent. Just say something to them if this happens to you and they'll probably be willing to work with you.“

“This place is located in a small strip mall off Marlton Pike. We happened to be in the plaza to have brunch at a neighboring restaurant and this place caught our eye. We walked in not intending to do much more than browse but once an employee offered us a sample, we ended up getting not just an ube mochi ring but also half a dozen of the matcha ones for our friends meeting for brunch to try. I like how they put some toppings on the donuts, like the matcha ones had a marshmallow on top (more than one might have been nice, seeing as how cheap marshmallows are!), the coffee ones had a Biscoff cookie on top, and I think the taro ones had a corresponding flavored Pocky stick on top, etc. $2.85 per donut not including tax. We didn't try their drinks so I can't comment on those. I'm not sure we'd make a specific trip just to come here but it was kind of a nice place to make a stop en route to the neighboring restaurant.“

“I had a party and needed a gluten free and vegan dessert option for a few guest, Burt also wanted something the masses could enjoy. The donuts were coupled with an ice cream bar and other mini dessert and NOT ONE DONUT WAS LEFT! Everyone loved them! And the flavors are rotating and funky and not your average donut! “The BEST cream filled doughnuts I have ever had. The filling itself is light and creamy with just the right amount of sweet. The texture of the doughnut was exceptionally well done as well. The peanut butter cream filled doughnut had peanut butter mixed in with the cream filling, the Nutella just has Nutella spread on top. Plenty of variety even in cream filled doughnuts. The flavor of the blueberry fritter was top 2 for a non-apple fritter. Not as heavy and crispy as I like a fritter though.Choosing from 2 cases of minimum 30 doughnut 0 do not recommend.Eating any variety of doughnut they have: 10/10 would recommend going every day for 2 weeks to try them all and enjoy favorites. “These donuts are fantastic! The flavors are fun and it’s hard to choose just one. The woman running the counter was so accommodating and made sure that I got my tea exactly how I wanted it, which I’ve really never been asked before. There’s a spacious seating area inside too, which we took advantage of! This is definitely my new go-to donut spot.“

“My husband is a big fan of their Coconut custard doughnuts, it was my first time trying it and it did not disappoint. So fresh and soft. The Nutella doughnut was filled with cream and it wasn't too sweet - making it the perfect companion to the coconut doughnut.“

Service: No complaints! Coffee station had the fixings plus oat milk for free use. Food: Went with a chocolate pistachio donut that truly did not taste "vegan" at all. Wish there was a stronger pistachio flavor to it but overall a highly satisfactory bite. “after long morning of walking, finding Federal Donuts open with some seats open was the welcome sign i needed. the coffee is served hot which was much needed on a a particularly cold winter day. paired that coffee with an old fashioned glazed doughnut. the coffee was standard good coffee, fresh drip coffee is always a win in my book. the doughnut had the right amount of sweetness and softness without being saccharine or mushy. the space is very clean and neat. there’s seatings for groups as well as these old school classroom type seats for solos. the vibe by staff was friendly and welcoming. doughnut + coffee + being off my feet for 15 minutes was just what i needed to recharge for exploring the vastness of Philadelphia.“

“Federal Donuts are multiple steps above. Anything else you may have tried before. They are across between cakes and donuts such that the flavor of the don't you pick is embedded within the dough. While there is flavor glazing on the top, what sets these donuts apart is the fruit and other things that you find inside increasingly intensity of the flavor. Duck Donuts don't even come close the federal doughnuts.“

“Stopped at this Dunkin to grab a large iced coffee, less ice, because I know how to live, and besides the about ¼ of sugar that was unmixed in laying on the bottom of my cup, it was perfect. Besides sometimes I like that first or second sip when you get a mouth full of pure sugar. Quick pick me up and immediate sugar rush.“

Donuts are cake donuts, they have some hot and fresh (only few flavors) and some premade - all cake donuts I don't like cake donuts, but I loveeee the cake donuts here. The chocolate has to be my favorite! The glaze was good too. The banana was a no for me, had a weird taste. The strawberry lavender is super messy but so good and only good fresh bc all the sugar. The fried chicken sandwich is good , was a tad salty but juicy and crispy. The egg sandwich was good, had a spicy pepper jam sauce but was good! The fries were good and crispy, and huge portion! The floors didn’t have any trash. The employees were always cleaning around themselves. The cashier was very polite and pleasant with the party I enter with. We were very indecisive about our order. When we finally ordered, even the employees in the back who were completing drive through orders. Helped finished up our order.
