I have visited Gong Chas many times before. This one is honestly one of my favorite ones. Everyone I have interacted with here is very friendly, patient, and helpful. I never feel rushed when I come here and I have consistently gotten excellent bubble tea with pearls that are a generous size and amount. Visited for the first time for a tea date with my mom and two kids this afternoon. What a nice experience! The two empolyees were so kind and helpful, even let us taste test a few things we weren't familiar with before making a decision. The kids loved the mango drink with mango popping bubbles, my mom loved her matcha latte bc they had soy to make it with for her, and my goodness was the creme brulee milk tea I ordered SO GOOD.
