Cold Food! I typically order a brisket sandwich and fries . The past four times Ive picked up an online order, my food has been cold.

I gave this place a very low rating. I'm going to be short and sweet about it. The food was pretty much on par with most chain barbecue joints I've eaten at in jersey. It is far beneath what I've gotten down south or in the Midwest so if you're from those areas you are not going to be satisfied.The staff was above par, well above par in my opinion. So, and I mean this, the staff gets five stars. I can't say one bad thing about them. STAFF GETS 5 STARS!!!!Unfortunately the theme of the restaurant, which gets no stars, is overwhelming and is the main reason that I will not go back. It's too much, too, in your face, and it's a little bit fetishy. If they toned it down, a lot, it might be a nice place to bring the family or friends.

An amazing experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and not terribly expensive (I've gotten prime rib for 14 bucks, add sides for a few dollars more). The atmosphere is wonderful for first responders and military alike. Recommended.

Looks just like the other mission bbqs. I was a frequent visitor at the York PA location. Found out about this one when I was visiting my brother in Jersey. Food is great as usual. The only thing that threw me off was the cashier. It was an older woman. She seemed to be stressed or frustrated but she wasn’t so friendly and impatient. I was thinking to add another entree since I never get to eat at mission (I moved to ny) her impatience got me nervous so I just said never mind that is all. If she was a little nicer she would have gotten another 15 dollars out of me. After the order was ready the lady showing me the meals and asking for what sauce was very friendly maybe she should be the cashier from now on lol
