Me and my girlfriend are big fans of moes so we come in every now and then and I must say, my experience with the Manager Jordan is always a pleasure. He ensures good quality and customer service even despite being frequently short staffed with as many as just 2 people. Definitely recommend coming to deptford Moes for a quality quick bite to eat.

First time here, gives me a "feel" of Chipotle and Pancheros but different. Had the chicken bowl with lots of toppings. Food was really good. A must try. Cost was perfect for this meal. Definitely will be back.Unsure why this place had a bad rating however this was not my experience. Good all around ??????

Birria is pretty good although doesnt taste like actual birria. I pay for extra meat on my quesadilla and they deliver on that. The issue Im having is the way they package the quesadillas is smushed into aluminum, and completely deformed by the time it arrives almost resembling a ball. For a $16 quesadilla, id expect a little more care going into the packaging.The quesadillas could be cooked a little longer, bc its always very soggy and cheese partially melted(which Im aware the meat is greasy, but still, the cheese could be melted).Also, very stingy on the chipotle ranch sauce, which is my fav part): Sometimes I think they just forget to put it at all!Finally, ill occasionally have under cooked rice which is just gross, but the past few times Ive ordered there its been cooked correctly.All in all, foods good but overpriced. Could use some work in packaging for delivery orders. (Also maybe put aluminum over the queso container because Ive had it leak before)

It’s been some time since I’d been to this moe’s but my wife had been craving it and I’m driving right by so I stopped in. I guess they don’t do the trademarked Welcome to Moe’s! greeting? I kinda enjoyed it. I digress; when I walked in the place honestly looked kinda dingy. I ordered two burritos, some queso, and two large burritos. Firstly I was shocked when it rang up as $40.00. Did I mention that nice touch screen soda dispensers with the options you could imagine is gone, and they were out of the main flavor people get. My wife asked for high c fruit punch and it wasn’t fruit punch in there. Anyways, I get home with the food and excited for her meal I sit down with my wife. The very main thing she gets excited for is the queso, and don’t you know it is was guacamole… I immediately drive that 15 minutes back to moe’s because we who the heck can eat quac when you just spent 15 minutes thinking about queso….. anyways I get home again now thirty minutes later to eat my reheated burrito when I find the girl who made it’s hair in my burrito!!! ? it was in there so deep it snapped like a twig when I tried to pull it out. It only took one bite to find it! $40 straight to the trash. When I called to complain nobody answered. Sunrise surprise. Idk what happened to this place. It used to be nice. I’ll never come back.

Drove out to get some Moes, website said closes at 9, but when we walked up a little at 8:10 pm, store was closed. 3 cars of dissapointed customers, not able to get a late dinner.Very disappointing.

Manager who was working the night on 1/13 was top notch. I had screwed up on my order and I paid for it online already. I stopped in well before my pick up time to let manager know I screwed up and if there was anyway it could be fixed. He got my order squared up Thank you to the Manager for making a rough work day forgotten about.

Literally always get my food wrong, I use to love their food when it was right but lately even if they do somehow manage to get the order right the food has no flavor. Or a different flavor every-time you order. One time my rice smelled like chicken soup…MY VEGETARIAN RICE! Or the rice will taste like basically plain white rice, the queso isn’t even spicy anymore. Also they’re only open for like 4 hours a day or something which is just weird.

If I come in and it's one of the guys, I know I'm in for good service. When it's not, I'm lucky if the ladies listen to anything I say. And the drink machine has been busted or not here last four times I visited. It's hard to enjoy a burrito without a drink.

Did pick up at Moe's for the first time. Extremely convenient. Was ready at the promise time. I was in and out in a minute. Food was good. They gave me red sauce instead of green but not a big deal. Enjoyed the adobo chicken burrito. The only thing that would be good is to be able to add special instructions online like light on the jalapeños. Location is also convenient to the special oregano store.
