Mt Fuji is my favorite place for sushi and hibachi. The food is excellent, the staff is fabulous and dedicated to their customers. The restaurant and kitchen are kept very clean. If you haven't visited Mt Fuji, you are missing out on a great establishment.

Highly recommend! We aren't from the area and chose this blindly...wow what a great choice! We made our restating on Open Table and were seated as soon as we walked in. The food was delicious and of course the chef entertaining! The service was friendly and fast!

This is my favorite sushi restaurant. I travel frequently across the USA and internationally (including Japan twice this year) and have yet to find a restaurant that does sushi better in this price range. I have also had hibachi here with my family and it was a great time. I can't recommend this place enough. Looking forward to the next visit!Parking: It's in a shopping center with tons of parking.
