I got the vegetarian pho and it was good. But the atmosphere to this place is the reason I’m giving it a one star. The service was odd. The server clearly didn’t want to be there and made sure we all new it. The music was loud rock music. Which I’m not opposed to but it doesn’t match with dinner. I think the food is okay at best. I recommend the pho place in Woodbury instead. Especially if you want a place to sit down and eat, this is not the place

I wasn’t expecting this to be so bad never again like they gave me the bare minimum of what shrimp pho is supposed to be never again, little bean sprouts a stem of mint shriveled up mint leaves , tails still left on shrimp which I found highly annoying due to peeling it off just to eat it ugh never again !!!!!!

Food was completely bland. spring rolls were tasteless & the size of my finger. My tamarind wings were half sauced & smaller than a pigeon wing (bland too) I couldn’t believe it! Will not be coming back to this establishment & do NOT recommend

This place used to be good quality but I am not sure if they changed ownership but it was horrible! I did a Grubhub order for the chicken pho, fresh spring rolls, and their chicken wings. ALL lacked flavor. The spring rolls were old and the wings had a bunch of feathers on them.

If I could rate my experience today a 0 I would! Usually the food, service, and price is amazing at this restaurant. However, tonight me and my girlfriend, who have been coming to this establishment for years, and even others owned by her in different areas. Tonight we came in, weren’t greeted or spoken to. Even worse she dropped our menus without saying a word! After we ordered we were pushed into switching to takeout rather than dine in because she “wanted to go home early” and “last night she got home early and she wouldn’t mind it again”. She made several more comments about eating fast, and horrible comments about the food preparation! SHE ASKED TO MOP AROUND US AS WE ATE TO GET OUT FASTER!!! A family walks in after we had already switched to takeout and sat down. Again she was extremely rude to them, and they seemed to notice. This happened last time before but we chose not to speak up. The young lady is amazing, however the old lady and the young boy have horrible service, and are giving this establishment a horrible look! Again the food service and quality are usually amazing, just ridiculous that we were pushed out of sitting to eat in more than an hour before they close!!!

I’ve been to this location about 5 times and order lunch here quite often. It’s the closest pho place to my work. I always get the same things. Rice noodles in beef broth with grilled chicken. Crispy spring rolls, or fresh rolls. I personally like the crispy ones better.

Horrrrrrrrribleeeeeee! The pho was extremely BLAND! The service was preposterous, the waitress complained about not being able to finish her lunch every time someone walked in! The atmosphere wasn’t peaceful AT ALL because of a lady who sat across from my sister and I BLABBING SO LOUD ON THE PHONE! I’m not exaggerating when I say 0/10! Highly don’t recommend!!

Never tried this place and I will NEVER come back. The waitress didn’t even know what Pho Eye Round Steak was… That is absolutely baffling to me. To be completely honest, the server alone ruined our entire experience. She was the rudest server I have ever met- very short and disrespectful. The food tasted watered down and nothing like what authentic Vietnamese food tastes like. Our whole table couldn’t even finish our meals it was so bad. Highly disrespectful to true Vietnamese food. I wish I could rinse my mouth out with listerine.

I wanted to go back to the kitchen to complain about our service, but then the food came out…the food served to us was NOT authentic whatsoever!Appetizers:1.) dumplings (how can you mess steamed dumplings up??? They fell apart and were doughy in texture), 2.) fresh rolls (aka spring rolls) completely lacked flavor, hardly any meat inside and the peanut sauce…I don’t know what you would call that syrup like substance, but it wasn’t even remotely close to peanut sauce, not even close.Main entrees:1.) PHO (rare beef eye of round) which the waitress had no clue what that was…strange since it’s on the menu and SHE WORKS THERE!!! The pho soup tasted so watered down and lacked any flavor that the people at my table that ordered it wouldn’t eat it - and they were hungry!2.) Vermicelli (grilled pork) flavorless with very few ingredients and the fish sauce that you pour over the cold dish was like salt water…flavorless salt water.Would we ever go back? NOT A CHANCE! Save your money, it’s worth the drive to go someplace where you can actually eat Vietnamese food!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt off, but it was the waitress who truly made the experience memorable for all the wrong reasons. She was not just unpleasant but went beyond that, displaying a level of rudeness that I had never encountered before from a waitress.The rudeness aside, the food was another major letdown. I ordered the pho, and what I received was barely edible. The broth lacked flavor, and the ingredients seemed low in quality. It was clear that they were cutting corners in the kitchen.I regret to say that I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. The combination of subpar food and an exceedingly rude waitress made this a dining experience I'd rather forget. Save yourself the trouble and find a different pho restaurant to enjoy a meal with your family.
