Came by for the first time today. We ordered for pickup 6:00, app says 15-20 minutes, the order will be ready. 30 minutes later, we go in and ask about our order only to wait another 30 minutes inside. They said that we never ordered, and then magically came out with the cold food. I wish they'd just be at least accommodating because I understand businesses get really busy and employees get stressed but this experience was awful and I will not be coming back again. They also forgot our sauces.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My bf ordered the 6 piece wing combo and he waited for 20 min asked them what the hold up was and they told him the order didn’t even go through?! No one said anything to him while he sat there and waited not to mention the music was loud. He had to wait another 20 min for them to make it. They were acting like they were at their crib walking around not doing anything and not even an apology from the manager or any of the staff. They could not care less there. 0 out of 5 experience.

Was missing 2 chicken sandwiches from my order so I called to let them know. The girl was very nice in the phone said she would put my order right in however when I got there they were not ready. I live about 15 minutes away no big deal I'll wait. 1st off the so called manager was eating the food as he was preparing it no gloves on at that! Told me 3 minutes my food would be done ok 10 minutes go by he tells me few more minutes while he is touching his hat with the hands that are touching people's food. One guy comes from the back with sweat pants on and his hand in his pants I'm guessing one of the cooks gross. Then 4 of the employees leave the restaurant with boxes in their hand leaving one person in the back making orders. Another employee comes in for her shift wearing slippers no hat walking threw the kitchen touching her hair now all the staff are in the back while there is a restaurant full of people waiting for their food. I should have called the health inspector to be honest and I waited almost a half hour for 2 chicken sandwiches that should have been in my bag when I ordered

What an absolute joke. Employees move slower than I knew it was possible to move. MY order sat and sat and sat on the counter "getting bagged" and when it was handed to me after waiting 45 minutes, THE FOOD WAS COLD. Wingstops never have good service, but this was abysmal. I placed an order with two drinks on it and was refused a refund for the drinks when EVERY SINGLE SODA was out of stock. Rude and lazy employees, except for the girl who handed me my food... She seemed to be fighting a losing battle against the rest of the employees there.Edit to add: I just got home and only have half of my order. I ordered an 8 piece wing and a 10 piece wing and only got an 8 piece with a small fry. What an absolute joke.

I announced my arrival for pick up with a girl at the front, she said the order was still being worked on so I go to the bathroom (disgusting bathroom btw). 3 minutes later, I am out and I see my pick-up on the rack. All the employees are too busy fraternizing or scrolling on their phones to get their attention- I could (and did) make unbroken eye contact with multiple employees who went about their business like I wasn’t there. I can’t even be mad at the girl who greeted me not getting me my order because she was the only person doing any work-related tasks like sweeping the lobby. Anyway, after 5-10 minutes of putting myself in front of the girl who was just there to fraternize with the workers, I finally had someone ask me what order I was waiting on. She hands me my order, I’m annoyed but I have my food so I go home.I get home, no fries and no honey hot wings. I work food service and have for years, I don’t ask for much nor do I ever expect much when I come here but this is ridiculous. There is always something wrong when you come here, nobody seems to care and it shows in the service of the individuals, state of the restaurant, and quality/correctness of the food order. Have some pride and self-respect

This place was fine when it first opened. I never review places and I don’t like to say negatives things about businesses. But the staff doesn’t have a clue about anything. Waited 45+ minutes for the manager to figure out how to refund doordash order. This can’t be the first time it’s happened. And while waiting multiple people have come in and complained about their orders as well.

waited an hour and 20 minutes for ONE 20 piece combo and witnessed multiple people get treated with disrespect by staff. for a place that only sells chicken, it is absolutely ridiculous to wait so long for an order. the music was BLASTING, every worker was yelling at each other and customers, AND THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD. y'all need to fire the entire staff and start over. unacceptable.

Ordered small order online at 3:30 to be done at 5:15. Arrived at 5:15 and I had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be done while walk ins got their food immediately. Had to complain multiple times in order to actually get my food, turns out they didn’t even start to make it until I complained. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff.

Used to love this place the past 2 years, never had a wrong or nasty order or a bad experience; I even chose this place to give my late dog her final meal a few months ago. After ordering delivery from this place today, I will not be returning. The wait was super long, I was missing a wing (out of a 6 piece combo, the smallest one, are you serious) as well as my blue cheese, and my fries had little bits at the bottom next to the deeply fried fry bits that looked something like roach parts, and I'm hoping that I am wrong about that. As someone who has worked fast food, I get that it can be hellish, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Sucks to see this place go downhill.
