We tried Jersey Mike's in Rockaway, NJ for the first time today, and sadly, we were pretty let down. We got two sandwiches, both on white bread, but one of them had bread that was hard and stale. To make matters worse, that sandwich was missing the cappacuolo meat, so all my wife ended up with was a stale bread ham sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone.

I went to this location today because I knew that today they were donating all of their profits to the Valerie Fund. I was really disappointed to see that there was nothing advertising this at all. When I got to the cashier they rang me up and never even asked if I wanted to donate. After realizing they had my order wrong and they were correcting it, I noticed the corner of a sign on the counter covered by about 15 bags. When I went to move them to see what it said. I then asked if I could donate and they rung me up again with the donation. My son was treated at the Valerie Center for two years and it’s a really important place for our family. Again, I was very disappointed in how this location handled the Annual Day of Giving. If you want to see how it’s done right, go to the Sparta location!

We arrived late for take out. They had already started to clean up. They still made our subs with all my special requests. I had the Chipotle Chicken cheese steak. My parents split a regular cheese steak. They have always been friendly and helpful. So far everyone has worked well to communicate with me. I am a latte deaf adult with cochlear implants.

I went there a month ago. The workers didn't say anything to me but they were laughing and yelling back and forth to each other. I wanted a roast beef and provolone and they gave me Swiss. They had to take it off. Then I got charged for regular when I got a mini. The service was horrible. I'm going to try another store closer to

So after trying Jersey Mike’s in Texas, my hubby and I decided to try it here in NJ. First, I was disappointed to see the condition of the restaurant as I entered the establishment. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. We ordered two “giant” subs (which took awhile to get considering the store was empty). When we finally received our orders, they were dry with more pickled peppers than beef and barely any cheese. I do not recommend this place.Location was good, but prices were not worth the final product.
