Go to this place if you want to be treated badly. I have been to this place many times as this is the only option for halal fried chicken and my son likes fried food. But, the lady behind the counter is always rude. Not friendly at all and sometimes insulting. In my recent visit, there were two people behind the counter. The lady was sitting on a chair and a guy was chatting with another lady in front of me. Initially, I thought she is ordering food, but they kept chatting and I realized they were just talking other stuff. Both the guy and the lady behind the counter was giving occasional looks, but did not even bother to acknowledge me waiting. I waited for over 10 mins and finally decided to walk out. Absolutely horrible experience.

Well whoever is complaining about brown lettuce should know for pickup they keep food in the warmer to keep it warm,and unfortunately lettuce can not take heat sad right. So when it happens it changes color. And about food taste it is really goodI love it

Ordered food with my family last night. First, they didn’t include the drink or the biscuits. Second, the food made us sick. My mom started having severe stomach pain and later asked me if I had any, but I was fine all night. Here I am now, 4 am in a lot of pain because of the food. This isn’t the first thing this has happened. Don’t recommend!

The first time I got this was 4 days ago and it was amazing.I got it for the second time today because of how good it was, and I can't believe this is the same place - the lettuce is brown and wilted and the nuggets and fries are cold and pale.I was really excited about this place but I cannot order from here again if the quality is this variable.I hope the owner see this and makes sure no one puts brown lettuce in a box to serve anyone ever again and for them to check what time an order should be delivered so paying customers don't end up with cold nuggets.

Drove 20 min to try the chicken hype is not all that.Chicken wings were HUGE over salted and were not properly cooked it was a light tan color a properly cooked chicken from outside would be golden brownChicken sandwich was very good.Cole slaw was spoiled even tho I asked 2 times if they made it in house and she said yes.Falafel platter rice was good. Falafel was not good thoughFor 60+ dollars you should be entitled to more dipping sauce when we asker for more she simply refused.On top of all this 20 min wait which I didn't mind ..but food was not that great.

This is my favorite place to eat. I go there routinely. The food is of high quality, the lady in the counter is kind and friendly and the cost is decent. I like going in this restaurant to have a nice meal.
Fry chicken and biscuits are good. They are halal and close by my house. However, they are very rude with their customer service. I wish they would improve on being nice to their customers and taking the time to explain instead of being rude

Alhamdulillah, very good food for a fast food experience. Tried the chicken jumbo and cheesteak. Cheese steak was really good, mashAllah. The chicken was good too. The coleslaw and mashed potato needed some work, but other than that it was good. Great customer service too.

Always on the lookout for new takeout options, we stopped in at Royal Halal tonight to pick up chicken dinners. This is a place that I've been wanting to stop in at since it opened a few years ago and I'm glad I finally did! This restaurant has a large menu, but if it's your first time here, you have to start off with chicken. We ordered the Jumbo Box #3 to split and it was delicious. The chicken was nice and crispy without being greasy. The cole slaw and biscuits were very good too. The woman at the counter was very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Definitely adding the menu to our takeout rotation!

I love this place. I love the location!All their food is fresh which I have no problem waiting for. They are extremely welcoming and the food is amazing. I have now been there twice and loved everything I have tried. Just like kfc in the city. They are the best!
